Good update. Hopefully, by next year, it will be a lively place. They sure seem to have enough parking for the expected masses. I hope they add a lot more landscaping, too.

It's funny that you used the word "finally" when you said that the theater is about to open. From watching your updates, it seems like the theater and those apartments are dragging it out as they approach their completion finish lines. I've been in a few movie theaters when they first opened up. There's something cool about it that adds to the movie-watching experience. Kind of like a new-car feel. And in this video, I also noticed there's either a video or TV running at the end of the Iconix basketball court. That's kind of unique.
