OH THANK GOD I was getting overwhelmed trying to copy your steps last time, but your also the only person who posts videos i can comfortably follow This is a lot easier for me to process thank you!
Really love seeing your progress! Huge improvement. The torso twist is a little exaggerated but it’s fine. The thing I would say is that the top part of the body should move up and down with the wall. On the down pose you should have the head/torso he a bit lower. Great effort though! Keep going!!
This is a great improvement! Nice job! Good tutorial! I see a few comments about the twist being exaggerated...maybe. If I was to offer any constructive critique it would be to add some up and down motion...it doesn't need much. The passing position should push the shoulders and head up a bit...then adjust from there. Of course just finding this tutorial, you may well have adjusted since then! Anyway, great video!
Amazing upgrade! The only thing I'm not quite sure about is the torso twist. It's a rather huge twist (this might be ok) but it almost feels like the character is detaching from their hips? Having it is definitely much better than not having it though. It feels like a casual yet somewhat purposeful walk. That might be the next step in walkcycle improvement: Figure out what the character is doing / how they are feeling and do a walk cycle that reflects this. So many ways of walking to try!
fff... im attempting 6000 frames of animation this gonna be a shitstorm :O lucky m not planning a walk cycle 😅😅 cool tutorial will give this a try sometime :D
I think for the gait of this walk cycle the chest movement is a bit too exaggerated. But i think making him do a longer more slidy step and lengthen the timing of the chest rotation it could give him like a Looney Tunes-esque long swagger walk if that makes any sense
OH THANK GOD

Great one... But I think the torso twist is a little too much. After one year I think you will improve this video as well.😉😉😉

Amazing videoo. I'm practicing on Krita, and its still very hard to understand the grease pencil tool.
Amazing upgrade!

Good point! Your last mention about the purpose of the character will definitely be something we can look into exploring next time around :D
🔥
So awesome and very helpful! Do you think blender is better than harmony, or it’s better to use both?

That's some really good feedback, thanks for sharing!
Oye sabes deberías hacer subtítulos en Español
walk cycle: hard
the 3d looking head turn in full 2d animation(no 3d): am i a joke to you?
It looks better, but I guess now it needs editing, the back shoulder is showing to much
True! Thanks for the feedback :)
