@@basilcarroll9729 i think you are wrong and we know that the act did not supercede or over rule the actual charter so not sure what the big issue is here. you need to read and educate yourself vs actually just listening to a video, law is not a streaming audio book which you seemed to be accustomed to using, but all the convoy clowns seem to always want to take the easy way in life and not really put the nose to the grind.
If Mr. Charest really agrees with Trudeau and the liberals on the issue of the trucker convoy/emergency measures act , then he should be running for NDP or Liberal.

You can clearly tell Charest actually agreed with him deep down when he called him an undercover liberal. I live in Roman Baber's riding and he is my current MPP. I have repeatedly asked him who he claimed in a TV interview that supported his views on C-19 at Queen's Park at the time of his dismissal from Doug Ford's cabinet. In 2 years I have asked him over 20 times this very same question without a response to date! The rest are frauds, PP is the real deal and will change politics in Ottawa soon!

Just to clarify, the blockade was not legal. You may be mixing it up with the protests in Ottawa. The blockade at the border was deemed illegal and Judge Geoffrey Morawetz, Chief Justice of the Ontario Superior Court ordered the removal of protestors.

I was once working at a grocery store, and Charest showed up with his bodyguards to my register (in Qc, back when he was the Liberal Premier). I greeted him in English and he just looked pissed and ignored me then walked away.
