Wow, wow. As an African American, I am used to going to just the aquarium to experience this type of beautiful view. Seeing you guys in that natural environment under the sea really blows my mind, and the crew made it so calm and fun(kudos to them). Very very lovely to watch. I have travelled to very many countries of the world, now Barbados has just been added to my bucket list of places to visit. Thank you Wode Maya for your passion. You bet, nothing can come between or scare you two "daredevils"
Thank you for showcasing Africa and places of African decent to the world through your own prism and narrative. As the saying goes; If you don't tell your own story, others will do it. And when they do, will corrupt your story and never get the authentic picture. So kudos for telling it like it is. Now I have a suggestion for you Mr. Ghana Babe aka Sekoni "Boy" and Miss Trudy to next do the cruise trip and bring Cruise Ships to the newly expanded and refurbished Takoradi Harbour for promotion of tourism in the Western part of Ghana. I can’t wait to try it at night. I heard it’s beautiful. We took our classes of 5-6 year olds last year and they were so excited the captain could not even hear the control room with all their screams , singing baby shark lol and excitement. The highlight was them counting till we reached 100 feet …98, 99, 100!!! and their joy when we did.

I was thinking the same thing.I would never do it.
When I was in Barbados, it was the only tourist thing I didnt do, and that was before Oceangate, because I tend to be claustrophobic, but they have been doing these submarine trips for over 25 years without incident. The Barbadian culture is one of discipline, very risk averse, they generally dont take chances. I would think that is probably the safest submarine trip "in the world".

Y’all worried because of recent implosion please relax. 100ft is just about 30 meters, about the length of a basketball court. Not very deep. Not “ocean gate” deep. The Wode Mayas are safe, but for me I’m not trying this😅
