Love to watch you open mystery bags! I learn so much. My MIL would have been one of those ladies to benefit from getting yarns I didn’t care for. She would crochet with anything. She learned to crochet with tobacco twine. Beautiful work! She said their income as small farmers in the ‘40s never allowed her to be picky with her yarn. She was often gifted yarn. I constantly am touched by your generous heart. My MIL died at 83. She still was crocheting at the nursing home and gifting gifts to the employees just weeks before passing.
I love true mystery bags/boxes of fibers because one of my favorite parts is figuring out what I can create from the "odd balls"! I pride myself on figuring out how to use everything. For me it's both the excitement of the mystery and the satisfaction of solving the conundrum of making it all work. I'm slightly addicted to watching you open mystery boxes, Crystal. Your reactions are so real and precious. Much love!
I just found you today and watched several of your videos. You are absolutely adorable, you remind me of girls I hung out with as a hippy in college ( 1970). Your videos are fun, informative and full of personality. Thank you for all your work and authenticity
The red big plush would be beautiful around the white tree skirt you were talking about making. I am on a limited budget so thank you for allowing me to live vicariously through you. Much appreciated!
Being on a fixed income I can't buy mystery boxes, I do so love watching you open them! I get to see and learn about the different yarns. Great content 💜. I know I appreciate all you do and teach 🥰
Thanks Crystal for this video showing us what you received in your mystery bags. I agree that if they're advertising as certain weights then that is what should be in the bags. Some I really liked but some not much however I'd have been happy with all.of the bags. It's not a waste of your money as you said, you do donate it to others whoch is great.
Most of those yarns are very nice. Mystery bags give you a chance to try a new yarn that you may never have bought or heard of. You always bring a smile to my face when I see you. Love you Crystal!!!
Oooo, you can send that lace weight to me!!! I just got done crocheting the Last Supper in size 10 Crochet Thread. It worked up to over 12 foot long…literally 😳, and almost 5 foot tall…so, I suppose I’m experienced in crocheting with thin yarn/thread 😉 I Love to crochet 💕💖💕🥰🤗
Is there a way to send you a picture of it? I’d gladly do so…I’m having it framed then I’m gonna auction it off to the highest bidder for my church to send our bus ministry children to Christian Camp next year…🙏🥰
I've seen two DIY content creators use the 7 wt Jazz yarn to finger crochet throw pillows. One person taught her kids how to finger crochet using it. The end result was actually quite pretty. I received the bumpy cotton in another company's mystery bag and used it to make a bath mat. It was fine until the dog claimed it LOL!
I love hearing your view on the mystery bag yarns. Mystery bags are like birthday presents except you can't tell the giver when you don't like the gift! Mystery bags give you an opportunity to tell us about yarns you wouldn't buy and why. You're so full of ideas that even the yarns you don't like you can think of a use for them and then give them away so nothing is wasted. Please continue with your honest opinions.
Hi Crystal I to am on a very fixed income and could never afford to buy mystery bags. You make it possible and fun. You get it. Thankyou 💋💋💜💜🐶stay safe and huge hugs my dear friend.
I hadn't seen Premier mystery bags for a long time so I had to let you know about them! I'm sure glad you got some so we could all share in your excitement. I wouldn't mind getting 1s & 2s because I like thin yarn, but it's deceiving when they claim the yarn in that bag is 3 weight. I'm glad you like some of the yarn! Thank you for getting them. SIGNED: Your Yarn Enabler 🤭💕
The green raffia would make a nice shopping bag. I love the iridescence of the dk mallard yarn. It looks exactly like a mallard duck! That could be a very interesting accent color in a project. That Snow Cone looks like it would make a cozy blankie, perfect for snuggling.
I love watching you open your mystery bags. You get so excited and happy looking!! The flat purple could be woven into a great dog bed pad or even a basket of some kind. Definitely a useful yarn, kinda strange, but definitely useful.
Hi Crystal, I have been watching you for over a year on you tube, on my TV, but I just had to get on my computer to subscribe finally!!!, And tell you that your ideas and thoughts of what to do with certain yarns are fantastic! I love the idea that you came up with for the very plush big yarn to line blankets, hats, gloves, and ponchos with it! I would have never thought of that. I like watching the mystery bags being opened also. You are such a caring and selfless person. Thank you for being you. Keep those videos coming!
Nice mystery bags! I can't believe they threw in some very lite weight yarn in a 3 weight bag. I love that anti-piling dots yarn! I've never had it before. I love the color of the rafia, lime green is my favorite! The chunky weight bags are nice! That big red yarn is absolutely gorgeous! Great for lining. Ty Crystal 🎊🎊🎊
I would call the color fuschia. I agree DK is not a #1 of #2🤔 I think the super plushy would definitely look nice around a blanket. The snow cone would be a very nice edging on a sweater for Evelyn Rose 😊 I am looking forward to seeing what you create with these yarns.😊 Wishing you a wonderful blessed day/night 🙏🏻🤗💖
Wow, these bags seem like a great deal. Premier is my favorite brand, I just wish I had the extra money to get their mystery bags. 0-3 weights are my favorite and I loved that laceweight linen. Wow. It seems like just that linen yarn would be worth the cost of the mystery bag. I'm pretty sure that crochet hook is a Knitter's Pride Basix. They are made of beech wood if I remember correctly. Thank you for sharing Crystal! It's nice hanging out and crocheting while I get to enjoy these lovely yarns vicariously through you.
Thanks Crystal for sharing your mystery bAg openings. I loved them. I’d try a basket with the very heavy 7 yarn if There’s enough. Loved the pretty red fluffy yarn also.
Thanks for showing them love the lighter weight stuff! And: knitted blazers are everything in the upcoming fashion seasons. That pink felted into a knitted blazer would be trendy! Bumpies chunky - a great basket. It would match your home. Yes to the blanket trimmed/lined with that red. Willbe lovely. I've seen a post with a beige blanket and plush brown trim that looks devine.
I for one really enjoy watching you open mystery bags. It is so much to see what is inside. It's like Christmas time opening up presents. No, it wasn't too long of a video. You always make great videos that is why I love your channel and tell everyone that is into crocheting to check out your channel.
I used some of their polyester yarn in white to trim a Santa rug I made for my daughter-in-law. It looks like the fur on his coat. I have used the Snow Cone yarn to make snowballs so grandkids can have an indoor snowball fight on Christmas Eve.
You certainly make me smile and laugh at times when im not having such a great day. Due to your great attitude i had to get myself 3 sets of the mystery bags. I feel like you could be the common person's philanthropist. I love what you do and so glad you continue on. I would have great use for all the yarns. My husband wants a "patchwork" style cardigan and carpenter style pants made of crochet, knit and material. Seems I'll have my hands full the next few weeks constructing these for his birthday. He is the artsy eclectic type. 5:31
Thanks Crystal for showing all the beautiful yarn. It is so nice of you to give yarn to people around you. The mystery bags are never a disappointment when you can share with others.
Oh if I had the money! Lol. I love them. Lace to super chunky. I will say the raffia to me Is like scrubby to you. Lol. That giant red I would totally edge a tree skirt. And the white? Jacket edge. Lol. How wonderful. Never a waste of money. And they aren't spending, you are. ❤❤I love the content you do. ❤❤❤
You have such a kind beautiful heart. Love it that you make other people happy Crystal keep doing what your doing. A Beautiful Blessing from God🙏🏽 I love to make people smile too🥰
Hi Crystal. Thank you for uplifting content. Weather is causing me soooo much pain. Yarn shopping thru your videos makes me happy lol. I appreciate your love of yarns so much
@annaseiden1015 thank you so much. 32 yrs dercums disease rheumatoid arthritis sjogrens fibromyalgia dysautonomia p.o.t.s and other comorbidities like non epileptic seizures and complex chronic migraine. Lol. Fun fun 😃
Bless you. I slipped a disk a year and a half ago in my lower back. In bed for 7.5 months. Since then different procedures to alleviate pain. Hopefully the next one in Oct will do it. I want to enjoy my grandbabies again and go to the park with them. I also want to loose the 35 lbs I gained while in bed for all those months
@@chronicinokla I also hope you get some relief, reading your comment, I was trying not imagine how horrible it must be, as I too suffer with pain on a daily basis and wanted you to know that I will be keeping you in my prayers / thoughts.
I love ALL of your tutorials and your personality is so adorable. I bought some 7 wt yarn at a thrift store once and when I began working with it I figured out why it was thrifted. It doesn't flow in the fingers very well and that's what made me decide never to buy it again. BUT, I bought it to make a bowl basket for my cat. It formed up really well and it took 2.75 balls to make so I didn't have anything left when finished. My cat loves it in the winter time.
Thanks for sharing the mystery bags, yes use the light green rafia yarn for a purse or an Easter basket. The red fuzzy for Christmas stockings or Christmas hat. Magenta yarn for a vest. White 6 weight yarn for either pillow edging or a hood for Evelyn or poncho and hood.
Thank you for showing us your mystery bags. It’s only a waste of money if you think it is, no one else’s comments on saying your wasting your money count, it’s not their money so they should keep their comments to themselves, it’s your money to do with what you like & you don’t need to explain yourself . I love watching all your videos on both Chanel’s. Thank you so much. Xxx 🥰🥰🥰🥰💖💖💖💖💖🧶🧶🧶🧶🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺💜
I do appreciate you doing these unboxing videos, Crystal. I've been wondering about Premier mystery boxes and some of the yarns you received were yarns I was curious about. It was great to see them better. I love the red plush yarn. I think I would want a whole pillow or blanket made out if that 😊.
I'm under a "No more yarn buying" "edict", so viewed your post with a lot of anticipation! I hope Premier Yarns take note of what you say, 'cause you're such a talented crocheter . . .
I know you do give-aways, but would you ever consider selling any of the DK yarns? That dark teal is EXACTLY what I've been looking for! I want to do a mosaic purse with that teal and white. I guess I could just go ahead and buy it from Premier! lol
Ooooh I love the Mallard, Bashful Pink, Plush Big Red ❤❤❤❤❤🥰! I don't Knit either but those Knitting Needles & the Crochet Hook are Beautiful ❤🥰. I love the Brown Bumpy & I think it would make a Beautiful Bag & the (Mint Green) Light Green would make a Beautiful Easter Basket or something special 🥰❤. Definitely worth the $35 & Thank You so much Crystal for the Fun Mystery Bag's 🥰❤❤❤!
Loved the video , Crystal . That chocolate bumpy yarn would make a great rug , being that it is cotton . The red using for trim and maybe your Christmas tree skirt could have it for a trim . Love and Hugs .
OMG, you just solved a mystery for me! Long ago I got a fashion plus mill end bag, and ive been trying to figure out what one in particular was, now I know Universal is sister company to Premier, now i know what it is!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Crystal, I can say this was one of the more fun unboxings that I have seen in a while concerning Premier Yarns. I did see they Mystery bags, but with limited income, was unsure if they would be "worth it", but after watching your video today, I see that they really are worth it! Considering that you get about 15 items per bag and they were 35 each, I agree! They are definitely "Worth it", and I love the Wool yarn, with Breast CA Awareness coming up in October, the Pink would make something very beautiful for someone. I was thinking of making some of your "cat hats" that you just came out with using some Pink yarns that were gifted to me for the Breast CA awareness. Again, Thanks so much for ALL you DO. Much Love always to you and your family (including your fur babies)!
I love the idea of bordering your daughters coat in the mint green but what about bordering your white cable tree skirt in the big red plush yarn, I think that would look awesome
The Very Plush I have in my stash in brown. I also have Bunny yarn same weight and type. I'm making a big plushy throw. It will be great to have in case power goes out. Love the idea of the trim on a blanket. I did that last year on a Christmas blanket with eyelash yarn. Blinged it right out! I love seeing Doug in every video he walks by lol. George was quiet must be sleeping I missed him lol😊
Oh Crystal, i'd LOVE that lace weight yarn, I'm a dedicated fine weight crocheter. The bigger yarns mess with my wrists. As you always say, wouldn't it be boring if we were all the same? ❤ your unboxing videos, thank you
Your idea of making a Christmas blanket and line it with the fluffy red sounds like the perfect use.. Make sure if you do use it to line a blanket to show us, I'm sure it will be beautiful.
Pretty yarns. The red "furry" would be a good little rug to rub your tired feet on or a decor pillow for the couch. Hot pink with the green rafia would be pretty.
Hi Crystal, it me Kayan. I love that Wool Select it's such a beautiful Teal color. I'm with you if I ts a DK mystery bag it should only have DK weight yarn in it. I think that green raffia would make a real cute Easter basket or hat. I like the idea of a cowl. On my screen it look like Magenta. Oooo, a Christmas blanket edged with that Fluffy red would be so beautiful. I think over all you got your money's worth. I like to watch you open mystery bags and boxes, I love the joy you get from opening them. It puts a big smile on my face. You're right putting a smile of others faces is priceless so there is no watse of money buying mystery bags on boxes.
Every time I watch these videos I learn what MIGHT be in there. Then I can decide if I want to buy one or not. So, thank you for your dedication to us.
I Will happily take the 3 and 2 weight yarns from you . those are the weights i learned to crochet with. I hate to be a beggar, but its the the person that is willing to give is always blessed.. Smile.. Ninette Bird- The Caribbean Wife- Tx.
Definitely line a Christmas blanket. 🎉🎉🎉🎉 I love how you pass on the yarn you can’t crochet with. You have a HUGE heart.❤ You got some pretty color yarn in your bags. I too would say fuchsia.😊 I can’t crochet with yarn that’s too thick or too thin. It is extremely painful for me. Right now my left wrist is destroyed, SO painful. Great video. Tfs, have a great afternoon.🤗
Christmas blanket or pillows would look really nice with the red around the edges. All of your ideas on what to use it for sound really good. Can’t wait to see what you come up with. Crystal, Your videos and your heart are a blessing to all you share with.
You always make me smile. That was fun I loved the chunky bags best. I met someone today when I was making your sock pat. She went straight on to your web sight as I was talking. Hope she watches this. sue
Make an Easter basket with the green raffia yarn. Would be cute.
I agree
I agree 100%
Raffia is good for purses and bucket hats too
Great idea
Great idea for sure!!!❤

The red thick yarn would make a great bomber jacket zippered, cool collar, and deep pockets
The chenille yarns were big in the 80s. We would make big jackets ,they would look like a fo fur. They were so elegant
I love true mystery bags/boxes of fibers because one of my favorite parts is figuring out what I can create from the "odd balls"! I pride myself on figuring out how to use everything. For me it's both the excitement of the mystery and the satisfaction of solving the conundrum of making it all work.

I would make a felted bag with the “Fuchsia” 100% wool yarn. Thanks to Bag-O-Day I am hooked on making felted bags!!!! ❤️🧶
The red fluff yarn would make a really cute Christmas hand muff for your daughter.
I love hearing your view on the mystery bag yarns. Mystery bags are like birthday presents except you can't tell the giver when you don't like the gift! I'm so sorry.
I loved the cotton DK blue and purple skeins. I'm with you though if it says DK or chunky, that's all it should be.
The Ciao Paca would make a really nice chunky shawl or sweater if you have enough of it.
Love the teal wool select. My daughters favorite color. Very pretty

Wow, that linen lace weight yarn 🧶 looks fabulous! It would make a gorgeous summer scarf
Aaaaah Crystal, you put me in the best of moods! After so many years watching your channel, you still manage to stay relatable and soooo cute 🥰
Hi Crystal. That fluffy yarn is great to trim hoods.
Premier has lace weight linen???? Swoon!!!
I bought the linen 5 skein bag before. Not knowing what to expect. I held it double and knitted a summer top. I really like it. And it did soften up.
The green raffia would make a nice shopping bag. I love the iridescence of the dk mallard yarn. It looks exactly like a mallard duck! That could be a very interesting accent color in a project. That Snow Cone looks like it would make a cozy blankie, perfect for snuggling.
I enjoy watching you open mystery bags, you make it almost as much fun as opening my own packages. Thanks Crystal, have a good night.
❤😊 Great mystery bags! Fuchsia felted bag would be awesome! Furry red border on a blanket! So many options! ❤😊
“Don’t give me any weird stuff for chunky weight” is my new favorite song. 😂
I don't find this wasteful, I truly enjoy watching your mystery bag videos. Lots of gorgeous yarns.
I love watching you open your mystery bags. You get so excited and happy looking!! The flat purple could be woven into a great dog bed pad or even a basket of some kind. Definitely a useful yarn, kinda strange, but definitely useful.

I was thinking of making some of your "cat hats" that you just came out with using some Pink yarns that were gifted to me for the Breast CA awareness. Again, Thanks so much for ALL you DO. Much Love always to you and your family (including your fur babies)!
Love the idea of outlining blankets with the big plush. Keep showing us the mystery bags and boxes, when you do I love watching your reactions. ❤❤❤
You are so pretty Crystal! ❤️ Premier !!!
Oh Crystal, i'd LOVE that lace weight yarn, I'm a dedicated fine weight crocheter. The bigger yarns mess with my wrists. As you always say, wouldn't it be boring if we were all the same?
❤ your unboxing videos, thank you
I ordered mine days ago. Cant wait
Me too thryss! I'm waiting impatiently!!!
You opening mystery bags is your most fun videos to watch! I love them! I love your tutorials too but mystery bags/boxes are just fun! 💗🧶
Nice haul. Those chenille and 7 weight yarns make awesome cozy cat rugs. 🐈
Your idea of making a Christmas blanket and line it with the fluffy red sounds like the perfect use.. Make sure if you do use it to line a blanket to show us, I'm sure it will be beautiful.
Smiling😊…I love videos opening Mystery Yarns! Love Premiere Yarns! And love you❤! Thank you!
I love that you look like a kid in a sweet shop, especially with the magenta/fushia 🎉
Pretty yarns. The red "furry" would be a good little rug to rub your tired feet on or a decor pillow for the couch. Hot pink with the green rafia would be pretty.
Your videos always make me smile. I'm sure the recipients of the yarn will be smiling too. Thanks for the great reviews.
Beautiful red for trimming things I would love to see a blanket trimmed with it
I love the flax linen! Gonna have to look into that!😊❤
I Will happily take the 3 and 2 weight yarns from you . those are the weights i learned to crochet with. I hate to be a beggar, but its the the person that is willing to give is always blessed.. Smile.. Ninette Bird- The Caribbean Wife- Tx.
I love how you talk yourself into loving a yarn
Luv you girl. God bless your bag o day
Definitely line a Christmas blanket.
Hope she watches this. sue
Very Plush Big reminds me of the Christmas garland to wrap a tree or staircase with intertwined lights 🎅🤶🧑🎄
