John Denver was a man of Love ❤️ for nature, the love for wild animals, and to keep nature clean for the love of animals. He transformed Aspen, Colorado, to be a clean state. And to this day, people who live in Colorado keep the colored state clean and beautiful!! Mr. Denver and his first wife Annie, did alot for Aspen, Colorado. John was a man if integrity and so is Annie and their son. After his death, Annie donated alot of money to Pikten, County, in Aspen, Colorado . And she and the others built the most beautiful Scauary in Memory fo John Denver. It is something you people need to visit and see if you ever go to Aspen, Colorado. Goldie Hawhn, also raised her kids in Aspen, and she like John Denver, donated money for the high school while her kids were attending school there. That is pretty generous of all of them. Hey Nashville, Actually Yellowstone was the last song we know of John writing. He never recorded it publicly but it was heard on this Nature special “Let This Be a Voice “ and he did record it in his home studio. “Wandering Soul” was written much earlier, though also never done on an album. I heard John sing (and play it on the piano) at concerts in Milwaukee in April of 1992. It was absolutely magical. And he did sing it at the 1995 symposium in Aspen, though Peter Kater played the piano there. “Wandering Soul” is, IMO, one of John’s most inspirational songs.
Actually John's last Written song was the wandering soul... But he never got the chance to record it! However another artist has posted him singing it here on UA-cam
