Unfortunately only two options. Buy a new battery pack from exwayboardyusa if you’re in the states. Or learn to build a new battery pack using name brand battery cells for the battery housing. If you plan to learn to pack your own cells using the exway battery pack, it appears the Panasonic brand is the best to use. I read in Reddit that exway went with a lower battery cell company to cut costs.

Yep. Eventually I’m going to repack using name brand cells for this. It isn’t complicated.
