Wonderfully detailed!! I bought the game based on your videos.
Thanks.
Psst... somehow watching your entire play through is more fun that playing on my own.
Great rules walk through! Looking forward to getting my copy. Fun fact: The 32,000 survivors is based on the 3,238 Kickstarter backers. :)
That is a cool fact! Thanks for sharing Wayne :) - Mike
Excellent video. The length was a bit intimidating, but it was well worth it.
This video is excellent! Thanks so much for sharing.
wow, nice man! - this is so helpful. Thanks for doing the video, I hope your channel grows WAY more!
Thank you so much for posting this. Really really helpful :)
thanks for the vid. this is the most streamlined Roguelike RPG card system to date. Hoping the custom scene takes off at some point. GMs can create modules, even entire campaigns with this system; it is incredibly versatile, and allows you to incorporate as many RPG elements as you want. It isnt rated on BGG as very complex, but tbqh that comes down to who created the module/campaign, as the potential to make it as complex as you want is there. New expansion slated for Kickstarter soon!
im gonna have to watch this again lol
I backed this got both sets coming and a the character sets to
I think it will be really cool to have all the sets mixed together for a random dungeon romp!- Mike
Quick question when playing solo how easy would it be to play as two characters?
In terms of the games' mechanics there is no reason why you can't control multiple characters. There are a lot of checks, modifiers and triggers to remember, and having another player with you certainly helps to track all of that! I think that playing two characters one your own would make combat a more interesting because you have more options and choices to make (especially concerning ranged combat), but it might become quite mentally fatiguing trying to track everything that's happening on your own! I have played a solo version with just one hero and found it to be a fun adventure :) - Mike
56:10 you said 12 gives surprise...it doesn't... equal or +3 means nothing on either side....+4 is surprised. So the 12 is nothing
