Describing dreams to AI will be the first step towards recording dreams. Veo 2 seems to have no problem determining the correct heading vector for moving objects. Many examples on youtube with excellent graphics have people and vehicles sliding or skewed at an angle to the direction of motion.
I can already imagine AI trying to make sense of my dreams-"So you dreamt of flying on a giant pizza while being chased by a talking cat? Sounds like a Tuesday!"
when the camera was invented, it was called the end of painting. tv was the end of cinema. neither proved true. however, word processors were the end of typing pools. wikipedia ended paper encyclopedias. ai applications? predicting the future is difficult. maybe live drama on stage will become more special.
@@Borishal I think even with what you mentioned, if the entertainment industry isn’t replaced it’ll still have to downscale significantly, as it goes from the main way to get entertainment, to a niche way to get entertainment
Thank you for sharing such thoughtful insights! It’s fascinating to think about how each new technology has shaped our creative landscape. Your perspective adds depth to the conversation!
I can already imagine what some good movie software would be like using A.I video generators. Rather than just creating a movie based off of the prompt, although possible, would be better broken down into different parts, just like real movies are made. That way, you have greater control at each stage to be able to make changes before going to the trouble of actually generating the movie. With the stage we are at now with video, it's looking impressive and of course, will hopefully continue to ger better over time.
It would be amazing to have AI assist with storyboarding, character design, scene generation, and so on, with the ability to refine each step before rendering the final product.
@MangaGamified Why would you rather see that? Of course, A.I. will bring money yo those companies, but there are also many that are free that you can use and even download onto your own computer. It has the ability to change the world.
Yes, I mean its fine to make movies for free public viewing with no politics, agenda, false advertising, no ads and such. If AI supporters monetarily support real artists that's about to be replaced by AI then I may just turn a blind eye with AI fans. Can you say I support real artists?
The fact filmmaking has gotten worse with better technology proves that A.I. will not change anything. It's like painting, if humans do not put any effort into it anymore, the craftsmanship will eventually degrade.
Absolutely! If we let AI do all the heavy lifting, we might find ourselves with a masterpiece that looks great but has the emotional depth of a soggy cardboard box!
@@AIQuestAcademy A.I. should be limited to tedious and repetitive tasks, in terms of cinematography I don't see A.I. making a better job than actual people handling the photography and camera work. And yes human emotional depth is something even in contemporary cinema we have difficulty getting right, i fear using A.I. will make it even less achievable. How are we suppose to identify with a machine made story?
I like your talk a lot as filmmaker and gamer, I agree with you that this A.I will change the filmmaking and the game making this year and in the future to make the best action film or best game without any mistake in making the film or the game
INDEED! And I've seen amatuer AI Y.T. videos that just keep improving and improving. We really could see a short movie, then a feature-length one in the near future. This repro from GoT is proof of that. And the video of people eating, plus the dog--ohhhhhh, my! Thanks for showing us this. One last thought about AI though: AI is going to need to be taught language and letters much, much better. I've seen too many words inserted into AI Y.T. videos that just make you laugh.
Indeed! If AI keeps improving at this rate, we might soon have a blockbuster hit titled "The Dog Who Knew Too Much"-complete with a grammar correction subplot!
I would say its 85% there, yes the crowd scenes had some issues with speed of people walking in relation to others, people eating was good but the subtle lip and mouth motion and the way the food interacted while being consumed was off, people at the beach had issues with their legs and how they refracted back through the water. But all in all its is looking really good, i'm sure this time next year we may start to see some rudimentary movie shorts coming out of Hollywood and some smaller content creators. I foresee disruption in the Entertainment industry as it relates to writers. I am also interested in the adult entreatment industries adoption with such tech, also the general public and the privacy and moral use of this tech. Strange and existing times indeed.
Really appreciate you breaking down those specific points! Totally see the issues you're describing with crowds, mouth movement, and water - those subtle details are still tricky for AI. But 85% there is huge progress already, right? The entertainment industry is definitely going to be interesting to watch evolve with this tech, and the ethical questions are massive too. Thanks for the great comment!
The video also mentions Articulate Anything, which transforms everyday objects into movable 3D models, further demonstrating the power of AI in creative processes. Thank for your sharing
Even if movies were made from many different pieces not just one prompt they would be much cheaper to make and therefore movies previously regarded as too expensive to make could be produced. For example, nobody might want to make a movie from my sci-fi novel because production costs would be too great. But if a well-crafted AI version could be made for much less, more chance the movie would get made.
It obviously needs many iterations to be used professionally, but it is a progress worth to mention. With some tricks and manipulation, it may be used to produce short low budget video ads.
True but it just makes reviews with media 10x more valuable and refunds-no-questions-asked more valuable too Also makes livestreaming demonstration more valuable cause no AI content maker makes 10 hours of livestreaming.
Oh yeah! I totally bought all the "Mind's Eye" videotapes from RadioShack in the 80s. I also got myself a "Trash 80". Anybody remember "Dungeons of Daggorath" ARARARARARARAR xD Source: I was 21 in 1981. I was the target demographic of MTV lol!
@@AIQuestAcademy I still recall all the hassle and annoyance of correcting for wow and flutter and signal to noise ratio on my Pioneer turntable in 1980. Not to mention the dust and scratching the damn things by accident. I was thrilled to death over cassette tapes and finally CDs. I'll take compression "quality of life" any day of the week! Today I got the most killer playlists on my iPhone. 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s and working on 20s rock/alt rock playlist. Utterly _unimaginable_ in "stone-knives-and-bearskins" primitive 1980. Current earworm fav-- "Flea" by St Vincent (c^-')b
Haha, I can only imagine the frustration with turntables back then! Wow and flutter, dust, scratches, it sounds like a constant battle. Cassettes and CDs must have seemed like a miracle. And now, having entire decades of music instantly available on our phones? It's truly mind-blowing if you think about it.
Nah, AI is something that came to stay. Sure, some people will say stuff like that, but that won’t change the fact that AI movies will be the norm. It’s just like it happened with CGI. There are people who still hate CGI, but look at all the highest grossing movies in recent years to see if they’re still using practical effects.
it's going to feel so cheap, and quickly. just like we aren't blown away by CGI these days, or even AI images really, it's become a norm, so it's a bit boring. Anyone can do it = takes away from its worth. As someone who uses AI on a daily basis (images, audio, video) i think the future is going back to practical effects (and where they can showcase that it's actually done like that), that's what people want to see. Kind of the same with music, no one cares if your music is done with a DAW or AI, but if you have an orchestra, recorded in some famous studio etc = hype, gets people interested. AI will be for amateur productions, and no one will really care that much about it unless it's entirely custom made and sticks out in some way. The time for "hyping" that something is AI is almost entirely over, it's not something that will sell either a movie or music. At one point these AI voiced videos were even kind of cool, now it just pisses us off lol
@@Allplussomeminus yeah, it's not like you can hype it with "look at this cool stunt Tom Cruise did in this movie" if its AI. With CGI people are just annoyed at this point, not even well made CGI has any hype. AI as genre for really out-of-this-world weird shit / horror will be a thing for sure, pretty niche thing though. For comedy and memes i kind of hate it already.
@@BinaryBandit4856 like everything new it has worth at the start because it's new. You could absolutely make an AI video and sell it, and you could do money with it for sure, i did. I saw people selling AI images for insane money in the very start (after Disco Diffusion and it was getting at least a bit good at doing people, cats etc). The time frame was very, very short, not even a year. The old disco diffusion AI video i have on my channel went viral on facebook and instagram, i gained 1000's of followers + got contacted every day by people who wanted videos.
@@BinaryBandit4856 hmm not sure why my comment was removed. i said it did have a small time frame in the start where you could do some cash for sure. The video i have on my channel called "after the war" went viral on insta and FB, 2+ years ago, the Disco Diffusion days of AI. I know that many people did money with AI images too. But as for artistic worth, you're right, there's really none unless you have something very customized and unique.
I think we are getting close to a substantial reverse in story telling. Most of the time we have a book or comic and occasionally a game that gets made into a movie. I think we're going to see a lot of things that come out as a movie first and then the comics or book series spawn from that. I know that already happens sometimes, but I think that's more the exception at the moment and will soon be the rule.
Totally get what you're saying! It’s wild to think about how films could start the whole story trend instead of following it. Can’t wait to see what comes next!
I confess - your video was truly awesome. Your style was spot on. I am not sure whether you too aren't an AI generated video. It's not beyond the realms of possibility. AI's generating their own reviews! Either way - you opened my eyes and, like you I cannot tell the difference in some of the clips. Stunning Video - I'm in - 10/10
I see this technology being used for product demos, explainer videos, marketing and video short. It can help with scene environment in a movie. But remember that AI is based on a data set. It can't think for itself. A human can create something out of nothing. Some of the video clip look like real videos in standard def. from the 80's. And like you said, content made by human will become more valuable. Content that people are willing to pay for.
True, AI might whip up some cool stuff, but let’s be honest-can it really appreciate a good cup of coffee or the thrill of a spontaneous dance party? I think not!
Money is created out of nothing..so what is it truly worth...it's worth what they tell you it's worth...and most of us need it...the greatest lie of all time behind Jesus...
I'm really SHOCKED! This is the end of ALL creatives in media and for me as an (3D) Artist. Really. Till that point I always saw directly that the videos were AI. But this is... Oh God ..
@AIQuestAcademy I guess you don't get the point that at some point no 2d or 3d Artist are needed no more. The"tools" you called it, are evoluting so fast, that even creativity itself will be erased cause how can a tool that creates for you enhance creativity?! Creativity comes from "to create something" not create something for me. Don't get me wrong, I was also hyped at the beginning and I was very good at the advanced tools of stable diffusion. But it's the beginning of the end. Look around you. It's no coincidence that AI came out now. It's like the last highest stones at the tower of Babel. 😅
I loved this video. It's shockingly exciting to see these advancements, as I am a pioneer in AI Film production. Cheers, keep up the good work. I will refer to you to my other producers.
I truly appreciate your support! It means a lot to me, especially coming from someone so involved in AI Film production. Thank you for sharing my work with your fellow producers!
What I believe will happen is a merging of AI video as in characters and landscapes with live action flesh and blood actors as some independent filmakers are already doing.
@AIQuestAcademy Yup for one thing fantastic scify and fantasy landscapes will no longer be the purview of big Hollyweird studios as independent filmmakers will be able to directly compete with said studios it's as revolutionary as UA-cam was back in the day.
That's a great question! Current AI technology is making strides in animation, and while it's not perfect yet, there are tools that can create consistent characters and environments. The future looks promising!
When anyone can generate an endless stream of fake content, it will become worthless. No one will make any money. Since many of the "users" watching the fake videos are fake users, too, what is the point?
ALL video generators services starts with great (random) visual demo. Problems begin when you need to do your stuff, discovering there is no coerence and few control over scenes. It's obiouvs Veo was trained on millions of Google videos (UA-cam), so it will do perfect "products" demostrations, perfect "games of throne" scenes, great "zombie" invasions, drone footage, videogame playing... etc... So, i'm happy for this new service being so good on SINGLE scenes... But the idea will soon replace hollywood is very... very optimistic...
I agree that the idea of AI replacing Hollywood anytime soon is probably overly optimistic. While AI will undoubtedly become a powerful tool for filmmakers, human creativity, direction, and storytelling ability will remain essential for a long time to come.
We doesn't need AI to create new films entirely. That too, but much more interesting is to ask AI to change existing movies. Like make the cast as we like it. Our friends and family could play roles if we want... we could be the "main character" in any movie... It could be achieved much sooner and it would be much more interesting to the people!
Imagine watching your uncle as the hero in a blockbuster! Can you picture him saving the world with a bag of chips in one hand? Now that's a movie I’d pay to see!
The pace of progress is definitely mind-blowing. If the current rate of improvement continues, we're in for some truly remarkable advancements in AI video generation very soon.
They have it since all the spidermen back then merged together, but only releasing it now step by step by looking how to make money with it on the middleclass.
It's pretty good, in the eating sometimes their mouths seem to envelop the food rather than them eating as per normal. The redhead and the straw she wasn't really sucking on the straw. But otherwise it's getting pretty good.
In the near future (2026) to film in the traditional way will has no more sense. This save time, staff, authority permissions to close a street or a national park for example and finally money. I have seen experimental movie trailers made entirely with AI and they are already 90% as good as those made by traditional studios.
Question: do you even want to pay for it? Your impression was good cause it was free to watch and inspiring that you can also make something close. Imagine you're the average westener paying around $30 for that. Something that was produced in some 3rd world country.
Sam Altman recently announced that now they have AGI they are now focusing on ASI. ALL white collar jobs will be gone by 2030 - all artists are screwed. An ASI would make Leonardo da Vinci and Albert Einstein look like chimpanzees. The only people with jobs will be the elites and plumbers... and they are living on borrowed time.
But what about the dangers of this kind of tech? Some people will make illegal content. What kinds of laws will have to be implemented to regulate this?
You’ve hit the nail on the head! It’s a classic case of “with great power comes great responsibility”-let’s just hope we don’t need a superhero to regulate it!
It's funny as just when you said 'let me now if you see something off' I immediately spotted something, the steak just kind of disappears after the guy takes a bite around 5:30. Still amazing though.
Just wait for something like _”Kling 2.0”_ to catch up with this and surpass it very soon, just like it happened with Sora and other US AI video generators. They announce something that blows your mind, but then take forever to release it. And by the time it gets released, there is something much better already.
This kind of competition is ultimately good for the field, though. It drives innovation and pushes everyone to improve faster. In the end, we all benefit from these rapid advancements.
So you think Trump, an actor with a SAG card and an actual felon, pretending to be a successful businessman is more qualified to dole out political advice? 😂
4:32 They just... Got up. It looked very, very off... It didn't look like they were reacting to the militia barging in. Rather, it looked like... A mere sequence. Like "oh that happened? Time for the next step. Commence running away action". That sense of scrambling fear was missing.
@@Twizzforsberg I think Stage 2 is this technology in video games creating flawless photorealism in 3D, Stage 3 after that would have to be 3D worlds in VR, which I think the lack of such a technology or "killer app for VR" is what's been holding back widespread adoption in this major market.
I wonder how long it will be before an aspiring writer can put a screenplay into an AI and have it build a movie. We aren’t there yet, but in 5 years? Maybe 10 years?
5-10 years? Maybe sooner! It's hard to predict the exact timeline, but it's definitely a direction AI development is heading in. Exciting times for filmmaking!

You know, I wonder why no one made a fantastic book or movie about wizards that just says what they wish to see and hear, and then it happens. Wizards go to schools or train with their masters for many years. Giving a prompt? There is absolutely no creativity, no magic, and nothing even remotely interesting in that. And there is everything I'm ever going to be impressed about in stop-motion animations like Kubo or Fantastic Mr. Fox.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I love hearing different viewpoints on creativity and storytelling. It’s what makes discussions like this so enriching!

Incredible. Still in it's infancy stage, an it's very very close to reality. Still a lot of work and tweaking ahead - but look what's been achieved in just a few months. 5 years from now the world will be a completely different place because of this tech - hopefully for the good. That's like throwing a bucket of dirty water to show off a brand new car. Let's see the footage without all that nonsense.
different for the good? the exchange value (money you can charge) is going to be almost zero, because there is so few human work inside the product, and on a free market, on average, you MUST set the price to almost zero; so, to squeeze some surplus value from the extremely low quantity of human work inside the product, you absolutely NEED to hugely multiply the number of the sold products, and you will reach very soon a point of market saturation and overproduction: here is when the real crisis start. Extend this process to all the different production sectors where human work can be replaced by automation, ai or robots, which are much more labour intensive and strategical for capitalistic production systems than content creation, and you are going to learn very quickly why the current phase of human societies is called imperialism.

That's a very insightful perspective on the potential economic consequences of widespread AI adoption. It highlights the need to think proactively about how we adapt our economic systems and social safety nets to a future where AI plays a much larger role in production. It's a conversation that's just beginning.
There is a glitch at 5:52 and you can't play the same guy in a second scene with AI. There is a glitch in the woman eating the sandwich and in the woman eating the candy.
@@LL-wn8yw AI cant mimic human creativity, because AI only draws from pre-existing experiences written down on the internet or whatever other source they use, meanwhile humans can interface with the real world where an infinite amount of new experiences can still be had
before we say this, AI could make a better clip (not to say a film) first, it needs enhancement to give a smooth sword slash (I have tested many times for latest app, it has some improvements, but still not enough) 😅😅
Yeah AI will probably generate films but then the question becomes will it be any good. Once anyone can generate anything a ton of slop will be produced and I fear that the internet might just be ai interacting with ai.
You're right, the ease of AI content generation will likely lead to a surge in low-quality output, at least initially. It'll be a challenge to filter through all that 'slop' to find the genuinely good stuff. It's like the early days of any new technology - a lot of experimentation, and not all of it successful.
That's a valid point. In this case, I used hard subtitles to ensure they were visible across all platforms and devices, but I understand the drawbacks. I'll consider using optional captions in the future whenever possible.
Yes it's not perfect...of course but it's getting better. By next year those imperfections will be ironed out, i'm sure. This will effect MANY industries social media included..the clock is ticking. And the redhead at 6:06 is cute I see an entire world of potential.
Exactly! The progress is happening so fast. Next year is going to be wild with these advancements. And yes, the potential impact across industries is huge!

@zdenekburian1366 .Not really. Smart people learn how to collaborate with these systems to create great content for other humans. They'll make much money. Everyone else will complain & whine. The whiners will be broke.
@@mrd6869 talking about user value (the usefulness of content), that is ok, but i'm talking about EXCHANGE value, the money you can get, and it is correct that there are going to be single cases of incredible works of very talented people who can charge much more than the real human work embedded, a sort of monopolism of talent, but these are overprofits, they come from the liabilities of someone else; on average, in the free market of ai contents, the sum of all the ai contents must to be necessarily priced at the value of the human work employed for their making, and thats very low in comparison with standard manual/cgi media. Consider the market of architectural computer graphics: artists could charge 1500€ for standard images around year 2000, now, with all the automatic routines of computing, they can ask 200€, and the real problem is that a single artist can produce much more renderings in the same time, reducing also the need for collaborations with other specialists. Consider the car industry: after robotization, they are almost all broke.
Thank you for your insightful comment! You’ve highlighted an important aspect of realism in AI-generated content, and it’s definitely something to consider moving forward.
It’s about controlling the ai. In some shots you can use random results, in most others not, so that leaves room for traditional filmmakers. Overall it will reduce production costs drastically, as VFX had already, opening up opportunities for indie filmmakers. Looking at today’s Hollywood garbage that’s no loss.
It's exciting to think about how AI could democratize filmmaking. Lower production costs and more accessible tools could empower a whole new generation of storytellers. And you're right, the need for control and direction will still be there.
Don't you people get it? This is exactly what Kaczynki in his futile way was trying to warn you about! While you are so busy marveling over it you fail to see the fact that inevitably this will have to be your death. Even now, even if you figure it out by actually using your brains instead of emotions, you cannot change what has started. And if you wish to know when, the timeline is the exact same as the commentator in one of these recent cheerleader AI videos described AI's progression as - faster than anyone imagined. Another video tried to claim AI would result in many new jobs for those it replaced. What an idiot, liar, or perhaps both. Tell me, if it can replace your employee, exactly what makes you think it can't replace you? If you deal in fact and reason rather than hope or fear the answer you must come to is "nothing". These idiot content creators are spreading misinformation from a utopian perspective of hope, no different than the numb-nuts coming out of college who think socialism will solve all the world's problems. Yeah, it eould be great. Why? Because with humans it simply winner work. Just like jumping off a cliff and flying instead of plunging to your death. It just is not in how this works works. It can't be further from reality, proven by humans time and time again. I think i understand Ted's actions now. Despite his very high IQ, this was a problem he could not resolve. He fell to a solution that was not a solution to the problem at hand, but the only one he thought might get his message out. That's only my guess, he was much more intelligent than i. More intelligent than one in 10,000 people (giftedsupportgroup.quora.com). I am becoming furious with the number of people who are getting sucked into this like moths into a bug zapper, or more accurately a person so fascinated by trains that they stand in the tracks watching the train, getting more excited by how much more detail they can see as it increasingly approaches until it splatters them into a million bits. Tell me why I'm wrong. Because we are to smart? Wrong. Greed trumps smart. Because it will never get that powerful? Wrong. AI is "advancing faster than anyone imagined." Your last resort is to do what the outgiing US administration did to try discredit opponents - call me a "conspiracy theorist". That's about as lame as saying "i know you are but what am i"... I am furious because i love all of you and i just can't believe how stupid we have been.
you are wrong about socialism and utopia; you are wrong that human nature is immutable, because there is cultural evolution, and anyway mankind evolved during millions years in a communistic primitive economy, so, genetically, we are still exactly the same. you are wrong thinking that capitalism is a final stage for mankind, because it is only a social relationship, and that is absolutely dynamic and ongoing. you are wrong that a socialist production system (wrong term, it is correctly a resource-based system, because socialism in the past was really a state capitalism) would come on earth by magic: no, it will come by class struggle, since a new material structure of production necessarily requires an new, adequate ideological superstructure.
I hear your frustration. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the pace of technological change. Maybe channeling that energy into discussions about responsible AI development could be a positive step.
@@zdenekburian1366 The bottom line as presented in the very last sentence you wrote is that we agree on that which we are progressing to, whereas i simply took it a step further in considering the implications you so eloquently pointed out. Perhaps you are quite correct on technical political definitions. I question, but neither agree nor disagree on your evolutionary hypothesis. Perhaps the focus on political evolution is my fault for using terms that were intended to describe general related trends of the issue i see, being the progression of AI augmented with robotics and the ability of a created computer to somehow interface with a person's brain (the progress level of which has surprised me) in all levels of goods and services, eliminating eventually all levels of paid work in any society whose citizens depend on same. The only way around this that i can come up with is a system where all goods are ultimately provided freely and in the interim an extreme graduated by income without offset level of taxation on those that have resources which is then distributed to those who no longer have a means to generate any appreciable income. I suspect that this will lead to those who have wealth will move to areas that the taxation influence cannot reach, much like what happened in Michigan in the 1990's when voters brought in the slimeball Granholm as governor on her promise to shift taxes to the mean big bad corporations and away from the good people, which simply is not possible in the economic envelope), but they chose an easier option that was available to them; they left Michigan taking hundreds of thousands of jobs with them and Michigan gained the title of the state with the most home foreclosures ever. When most of your population no longer can work to produce income to survive this abruptly with little or no alternative in the near future (and please note i specify "abruptly") i can only see a breakdown of a society as we know it, for if the change occurred over an extended period of time we would have deterioration resulting in change and the adaptation you specify in a "class struggle". My use of the word "socialism", probably technically inaccurate as you have kindly pointed out, was to indicate a direction of those that remain to conduct independent trade between themselves for that which they can obtain. Where this would go is harder to project, though i do suspect either a larger portion of lawlessness, a greater amplification of the violence in any level of lawlessness, a mass exodus, or other options that i see as all negative. To try to avoid this, given the presumption of the progression in the AI model, before this occurred the AI systems would work to make the population's enjoyment as dependent on it as possible, which through the computer-to-brain interface would be very easy - just like a euphoric drug allowing the individual to live in any fantasy world they wanted - and perhaps to a very large degree this might be accomplished without any form of implant. Government mandated medical procedures have been implemented before in the name of the common good, just look at all the people that were forced to take that Covid-19 and all the shame the govt achieved having the vaccinated population thrust upon those who refused to get "vaccinated" ("vaccinated" definition had to be modified as the mRNA injection is not a vaccine as defined at the time. To push this injection our government changed the definition to gain more public acceptance; blind acceptance of a composition that had not been adequately tested by any stretch of the imagination). I do not see this ending well, just temporary gain with catastrophic end results. I should not have inferred it is capitalism that is the basis, nor the end, for this progression. Perhaps more accurately stated but still highly lacking is this is the result of human greed, the lack of concern for real long term results, and our collective natural human ignorance. It seems that you took that which i originally wrote as an attack on capitalism which was my mistake in lack of clarity, for which i apologize. I should have been more clear, perhaps writing it as more of a proper research paper which, though it is not, would have laid out the premise (AI will be the end of civilization as we know it, possibly the end of humanity), the research (simply my observation and limited knowledge of cause and effect throughout history), a discussion (most of that which i wrote laid out a "bit" better, and a summation/conclusion (we are on a train headed for a train wreck). If you would be so kind, with my acknowledgement of many exact definitions of terms we use for societal constructs having some notable variations in use, to accept that which i wrote in using these as general and not specific definitional in nature. I think you do understand my point though, as your last sentence indicates, for my position is that the "new, adequate ideological superstructure" you cite we are in total agreement on and is the hub of what i believe will almost certainly be impossible to achieve without extreme suffering of the majority of the population that will have to undergo such a transition, if it is even possible in the framework, for this AI incursion is not happening over a long period of time allowing the system - the "ideological superstructure", to adapt. It is man made (i have put little thought to that making any difference whatsoever) and is going to occur much faster than millions, thousands, hundreds or even tens of years from what i see, which will at very best necessarily result in great confusion and turmoil. Thoughts?
I am also afraid of this will reduce the quality of upcoming AAA movies and games… if everybody can do videos like this easily (I doubt it) the industry will experience a huge Honorar drop. And that means less quality. Besides that I doubt that the examples speak for themselves. The question is how applicable the software is. How difficulty would it be to create movies with it? How many tries do you need per scene to get what you want. How much is the imagination and the vision of film makers restricted by an AI‘s training base. Also interesting would be how consistent characters and clothing is possible in this tool. I think we are still far away from real film making by AI.
With every year that goes by, tech has insanely doubled and with every month gone by, times it by quadruple and so on...what is given to be on the market is just a glimpse of what can be done behind the scene.
The impact of AI on the film and gaming industry is definitely a double-edged sword. While it can enhance creativity, there are concerns about quality and originality. It's a fascinating topic that will evolve over time!
It doesn't have to be perfect to make people lose jobs. Of course, high quality real life is still superior. People still admire practical effects in movies, but ... when you just can't tell the difference... ? I just saw a "making of" Squid Game. The director tried practical effects and they just looked bad. So he just went to CGI, and I was ..like, wow!
This is why I know the new Superman movie will be a huge flop. By the time it comes out, there will be hundreds of Superman movies and a couple of them will be really great. Since Superman means so much to the world of entertainment, perhaps this is the breaking point and the new parameter to test the new AI models, as at the beginning it was making videos of Will Smith eating spaghetti. Who will want to go to the theater when you can download better fan-made movies or create them yourself.
I agree with you that by the time new Superman movie comes out, there will be a lot of AI generated Superman content out there, and some of them might actually be good. I don't know if it will be a flop, but it will definitely have an impact. Exciting times ahead!
@Ricrosmir BS. "Hundreds of Superman movies." You mean more *UNORIGINAL "Super Panavision" videos that look NOTHING like REAL Panavision, that just use copyrighted characters.* 😂 These are NOT narrative movies, son. They don't follow an actual story. And although I am tired of Superman films, it won't flop, as A.I. films generally do not have that "Hollywood" quality yet, and are very very short.
Haha, yeah, 'Napoleon being menaced by a giant spider' might produce some... interesting results. AI still has trouble with very specific or unusual combinations of elements.
Full story cinematic content is ages away…. UA-camrs don’t understand cinematic content and movie full length story telling …. They piece a few shorts and say that it’s cinematic. Is it good tech yes, but eons away from cinematic story telling and the level of story and emotional interactions that make a story, only human guided CGI or human actors can pivot emotions and expressions. This good for commercials and other web content…. Let’s see you try any full length movie.
Thank you for sharing your insights! Your perspective on the differences between short content and full-length cinematic storytelling is really valuable to the conversation.
These days everything and everyone gets their deaths announced, yet some are still around. Saying that THAT AI will replace film makers is a lie. That it has the potential to do so, I can agree with. No one knows if a product will corner the market, and if it does, it’s not going to last forever. Everything changes over time. That we will need far fewer people to do the work, I can also agree, and I’m for it as long as it’s available to everyone but not compulsory. People should be able to work if they want to, and not have to, but that is nowhere in sight as of now. Can I announce that utopia? I most certainly can. Will it happen? Maybe, given enough time everything can become true. But it’s not what is the reality at this moment. There is no point in setting the menu for 5 years from now, when what I still need is to assure my next meal.
I agree that the potential for job displacement is a serious concern that needs to be addressed. Your point about people being able to work if they want to, but not having to, is crucial.
Those who think that this is unimpressive or that we will go back to practical effects are simply living in a bubble and are about to get a reality check… The future definitely isn’t going back to the past with “practical effects.” Just look at all the top grossing movies nowadays. They all use CGI. If CGI was able to replace practical effects almost immediately, then just imagine what AI will do.
That's false equivelency and texas-sharpshooter and cherry-picking data logic, CGI was used before the first marvel movie, and is generally accepted if not done sloppily. People are talking about AI. Finally, who has proof someone paid for AI content? did you ever paid for AI content among the thousands you've seen? "If everyone can make it, no one does"
Sorry, you're the one who is in the bubble. Analog is making a huge comeback right now - a lot of directors are going back with film again, rather than digital and along side of LP records, Reel-to-reel tape and even make-up effects, not just for nostalgia, but because people are starting to notice the difference and want better. Top-grossing movies doesn't mean good movies. They don't stand the test of time. Most (and I'm not exaggerating - it's a statistical fact) top grossing movies (and music) in the last decade are subpar garbage compared to movies made a couple of decades ago. They don't hold up. Take a good look at Jurassic Park - It's laughable! Todays "movies" look like children's video games and cartoons. (music has become the same way) It's like the entirety of media is child-minded. I actually thought CGI was good at first, and thought it would be so much better by now, here in 2025, but it's been around for a very long time and still doesn't seem to get any better or compete with practical effects. CGI only replaced many practical effects because it's cheap, easy to do, and today's audiences (cult-minded and drenched in video game tech) don't give a hoot about integrity, or ingenuity or even how it looks. A lot of film producers today don't know anything about filmmaking, they just want that $$, so they go as cheap in the making as possible. shameful, really. AI is decent right now (but has a ways to go yet.) As a filmmaker myself, I'm actually looking forward to using AI tools (but not to replace things - only to use it for things that could be dangerous, or physically or budgetarily impossible to do otherwise. I never saw a good fit for CGI, but I can definitely see AI evolving into something useful. Most AI is already better than CGI on a given day. I thank the Gods CGI is finally on the way out and being replaced by something incredible.
@@allirogorilla I don't need to read all that to know that you're wrong (but I read it anyway). Practical effects will never, ever make a full comeback. I usually say "never say never," but in this case it's really never. Sure, there will always be some "Quentin Tarantino" exceptions, and I have no doubt that some people will support it. But it will never be the norm again. AI will be used for certain aspects at first, but it's only a matter of time before fully AI generated movies become the standard.
@@MangaGamified Yes, I have paid for AI content multiple times. In fact, I'm currently paying some subcriptions for AI content. And I can tell you that the number of people who pay for AI content has been slowly, but surely going up. Sorry, but you basically destroyed your own argument right there.

Agreed. The tires in the drifting scene were very correct in position to the direction of the car throughout the drift.
when the camera was invented, it was called the end of painting. tv was the end of cinema. neither proved true. however, word processors were the end of typing pools. wikipedia ended paper encyclopedias. ai applications? predicting the future is difficult. maybe live drama on stage will become more special.
What about telekinesis?
I can already imagine what some good movie software would be like using A.I video generators.
Rather than just creating a movie based off of the prompt, although possible, would be better broken down into different parts, just like real movies are made.
That way, you have greater control at each stage to be able to make changes before going to the trouble of actually generating the movie.
With the stage we are at now with video, it's looking impressive and of course, will hopefully continue to ger better over time.
It would be amazing to have AI assist with storyboarding, character design, scene generation, and so on, with the ability to refine each step before rendering the final product.
@AIQuestAcademy So true!
I think with it, people would create better movies and stories than we are seeing currently.
To be fair, I would like to see them try, and end up with slop that's cringey to the eye, the real winners is the company they subscribed AI to.
Also in film we will not see any bad cut or bad CGI any more by using A.I in the right tools and right time of filmmaking
I like your talk a lot as filmmaker and gamer, I agree with you that this A.I will change the filmmaking and the game making this year and in the future to make the best action film or best game without any mistake in making the film or the game
AI is gonna be a game-changer for sure. Can’t wait to see what epic stuff comes out next!
Thank you so much. I think this can help people visualize their thoughts better and communicate them better with others. ❤
Thank you for your kind words! It means a lot to know that the video is making a positive impact.

I think we are living in a simulation. I see real life glitches every day. LOL
@mhmd_old7 Don't need proof when you see it with your own eyes and temper it with sarcasm...
Maybe we're just in a beta version of the universe. Hopefully, they'll patch those glitches in the next update! 😂
@@AIQuestAcademy Agreed, another year and one will be hard pressed to distinguish real from AI.
The video also mentions Articulate Anything, which transforms everyday objects into movable 3D models, further demonstrating the power of AI in creative processes. Thank for your sharing
Absolutely! Articulate Anything is a game changer in how we interact with and visualize everyday objects. Glad you enjoyed the video!
Next gen video games yes but not movies
True, but with AI, maybe one day we’ll have movies where the plot twists are just as unpredictable as my internet connection!
If AI can whip up a movie on the cheap, we might see some wild stories come to life. Fingers crossed your novel gets its big break!

It obviously needs many iterations to be used professionally, but it is a progress worth to mention. With some tricks and manipulation, it may be used to produce short low budget video ads.
Well said! It's definitely a step in the right direction for accessible video production.
True but it just makes reviews with media 10x more valuable and refunds-no-questions-asked more valuable too
Also makes livestreaming demonstration more valuable cause no AI content maker makes 10 hours of livestreaming.
after the hype has gone in 4 years we will go back watching old VHS tapes. "I wish I was back in 1981." (Jeff Lynne)
It is similar to how some people prefer vinyl records over digital music.
I been feeling that same way for a while now. It has to be used meaningfully to make a significant impact.
@@Allplussomeminus yeah, it's not like you can hype it with "look at this cool stunt Tom Cruise did in this movie" if its AI. With CGI people are just annoyed at this point, not even well made CGI has any hype.

@@CStrolx why? AI can write books just as much as it can make films presumably, why do you think it would be some kind of movie production revolution?

I confess - your video was truly awesome. Your style was spot on. I am not sure whether you too aren't an AI generated video. It's not beyond the realms of possibility. AI's generating their own reviews! Either way - you opened my eyes and, like you I cannot tell the difference in some of the clips. Stunning Video - I'm in - 10/10
Wow, thank you!

This is the end of ALL creatives in media and for me as an (3D) Artist.
Really.
Till that point I always saw directly that the videos were AI. But this is... Oh God ..
I also see AI as a potential tool that can enhance creativity, not just replace it. It might open up new possibilities for 3D artists, too.
@AIQuestAcademy
I guess you don't get the point that at some point no 2d or 3d Artist are needed no more.
The"tools" you called it, are evoluting so fast, that even creativity itself will be erased cause how can a tool that creates for you enhance creativity?! Creativity comes from "to create something" not create something for me.

Consider the market of architectural computer graphics: artists could charge 1500€ for standard images around year 2000, now, with all the automatic routines of computing, they can ask 200€, and the real problem is that a single artist can produce much more renderings in the same time, reducing also the need for collaborations with other specialists.
Wrong. AI is "advancing faster than anyone imagined."
Your last resort is to do what the outgiing US administration did to try discredit opponents - call me a "conspiracy theorist".
Thoughts?
Says who
I am also afraid of this will reduce the quality of upcoming AAA movies and games… if everybody can do videos like this easily (I doubt it) the industry will experience a huge Honorar drop.

Those who think that this is unimpressive or that we will go back to practical effects are simply living in a bubble and are about to get a reality check…
The future definitely isn’t going back to the past with “practical effects.”
Just look at all the top grossing movies nowadays.

I usually say "never say never," but in this case it's really never.
Sure, there will always be some "Quentin Tarantino" exceptions, and I have no doubt that some people will support it.
But it will never be the norm again.
