@Adriana Long💖 yeah I've heard and seen that! But I've always been sceptical but I'll give it a go now that I've heard someone else recomend it thank you
I gave the littllextra reactivate hair serum to my father, and he is seeing results. The thinning areas are starting to fill in, and his hair feels thicker than before. He is really pleased with the change.
To stop my hair from falling out, I began using a smooth silk pillow case to sleep on. I also applied litttllextra ccoconinon shampoo and lightweight hair oil. These changes helped me lose less hair. After a few months of applying them daily, my strands stopped falling out totally.
I just started using this Cocooonionn Hairfall Control Shampoo. I’ve noticed my hair is healthier and there’s no more hair scattered around. This shampoo is sulfate-free but lathers extremely well, with just a small amount needed and it cleans your scalp thoroughly. It has a pleasant scent and adds a healthy shine to your hair. I highly recommend it for those in need of effective hair fall control.
feels embarrassing to say but purely because of this channel I stopped using 2in1 shampoo and conditioner, stopped wrapping my hair in a rough towel and started using a hair turban and started using hair masks, serums and heat protectant and my hair is so much better than before 😁 thank you always for the tips and help ❤
The time I faced hairfall, I followed all the following to effectively control it: Make a habit of doing scalp massage into your routine. Don’t use very hot water when washing your hair. Protect your hair from excessive sweat. Use a wide-toothed neem wood comb to detangle wet hair. Cut down on your sugar and processed food consumption. Use mild anti hair fall shampoo and hair oil like Littleeextra coccconion. Nurture a positive mindset for general well being.
Here are my tips & tricks that helped me to regrow my thinning hair: a. Avoid excessive heat products on ur hair & scalp area, b. Keep your scalp area clean, c. Apply reactivate hair growth serum by liitleexttra, d. Use cooco onion oil on a consistent basis, e. Go for a homemade hair mask, f. Avoid combing on a wet hairs, g. Take adequate nutrition plan and prefer home foods only, and avoid outside foods like fried foods, oily foods, bakery items etc., h. Finally, stay stress-free.
I had been skeptical at first, but after applying the Reactivate hair serum regularly, I'm pleasantly surprised. My hair feels stronger, and I can see new hairs along my part line. Highly recommend giving it a try.
As someone that has struggled with hair thinning, finding this serum came as a pleasant surprise. I tried everything-oils, shampoos, you name it, but nothing seemed to work. It only when a friend suggested reactivate serum I decided to give it a shot. At first, I remained unsure nearly gave up after inconsistent use. However, upon seeing new hair growth, I ensured to using it regularly for the past 50 days. Initially, my hair stopped falling out, and now my bald spots are starting to fill in. Other people have even noticed baby hairs growing on my head. It's been a journey of patience as well as consistency, and yet the results are beginning to appear.
This is insane because the itching/flaking at my crown, and accumulation of dead hair in the shower is EXACTLY what I’m going through!! Thank you so much for this
My own hair growth success story i followed below: 1. Fragrance free shampoo. Korean cosmetic industry understand why years ago, we are still behind. 2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week only: stops further loss, stimulates new growth. 3. Nettle tea to drink 2x a day at least for removing hormone residue in the liver, further supporting hormone balance, altho not fully but enough. 4. Scalp massage for 30 minutes a day. Do not skip, just massage with your fingertips slow and hard, be gentle at first as next day can get sore. 5. Collagen powder 2x a day w tablespoons each time. Don't get pills they are not high dose enough. 6. Cold water rinse on just top of scalp, don't let cold water on back of neck or head much as you might get sick. But once a day or a couple of times a week does wonders. Learnt this from my brother who spent years looking for answers. He has a full head of hair now and 38. But at 23 he had very thin hair all over. I had thin hair too. Stick to the regimen, i promise you will see results. Hair growth requires many angels and this is why it's hard to cure.
I really really appreciate you being candid and about hair issues and hair loss, it seems a lot of women are dealing with it. Or maybe that’s just bc I’m over 30 lol😂 These tips are so helpful, and it feels nice knowing I’m not alone.
I have autoimmune arthritis and my hands get it the worst. Some days a scalp brush is the only way I can actually get my hair clean. They are so so helpful.
I really learned a lot! thank you for that! I had really long hair, it was till my knee long, but after lockdown other than the length my hair became unhealthy, i have wavy and frizzy hair, and generally a oily scalp, I got dandruff like really bad dandruff and my hair became so thin and the volume of my hair was also so poor, in some parts, like the front hair part i lost hair and it never grew back in those places! I am also overweight so that could contribute to my hair fall and I had a lot of stress issues due to school and stuff, Now am done with school so I wanna get back to taking care of my health, just started exercising and eating healthy and now am planning on focusing on my hair, since it was so thin i cut it and i got a layer cut to just change the style, this video helped me a lot as I was struggling to find the right products and tips for my hair, taking this motivation I'll research further and work towards a health hair then grow it out again :) Thanks a bunch!
I do hair oiling once or twice a week and I go 2-3 days without washingmy hair because I live in a humid country and have wavy/curly hair. And this made me discover that double cleansing the scalp really helps the health of both my hair and scalp. I thought that it was only a "straight", hair care thing. 🙏
I stupidly fell for the wash your hair once a week to improve its condition hype. I spent months "training" my hair to last that long, using dry shampoo and too many other products, only to end up with the problem of excessive hair shedding. It took me ages to finally work out that this was the cause of the hair loss. I don't know why it took so long to realise what should have been such a common sense thing. Anyway, thank you for a great video, and for product recommendations.
I tried training my hair too but only with using dry shampoo. How often do you wash? I've still been trying to figure out how frequently but didn't realize it could be a cause of that.
@@lettinggrace Hi. I'm now washing every 3 days and the shedding is greatly reduced. I threw out the dry shampoo because I'm sure that was contributing to the problem.
Loved the shower tips, but the styling is very specific to straight hair, wish we could ger more info in curly hair too, I'm personally trying to embrace my curly hair for the last year but I'm at a loss so I always wear it in a bun :/
I've been doing the double cleanse method with my Klorane shampoo which is sulfate free (I don't do it if I use a shampoo with sulfate) and it helped so much! First of all, I feel like I'm losing less hair. I used to lose so much hair when shampooing. These days, it has reduced significantly! Second of all, I had a bad case of dry scalp with scabs (yikes I know) and ever since starting the double cleansing, it is not only gone but also it didn't came back!
I have fine hair so it gets greasy really fast. All my life when I've been to salons they've told me to use volumizing shampoos and I've been like "...I want clean hair, not volume". Last year I heard the same thing but this salon also told me WHY I should use it: makes the hair "airier" so it won't stick to the scalp as much and will therefore not get oily as quickly. They also told me HOW I should use it (small amount, work it in for longer). Wish someone had told me this way earlier... Now my hair can last a whopping 3 days without looking utterly disgusting. I use Kevin Murphy's plumping wash and love it. Apparently, not everyone likes the scent according to reviews but personally, I really enjoy it. Obviously, I stay away from it when I have migraines/think they could be kicking in.
@@Sseana.k I currently use the Kevin Murphy untangle leave-in conditioner and the Anaze mellow cream (also a leave-in). I don't often use conditioner (maybe once every 5 times I wash my hair), but I currently have/use the Living Proof no-frizz conditioner.
@@phungle8890 I guess it depends on how dirty it is. In my case, my hair gets oily within 24hrs (the struggle is real) so if I wash daily I find a deep one cleanse is okay but if I wait for another day or use products then definitely a small amount for 1st cleanse is followed by a deep 2nd cleanse. In all cases make sure to massage your scalp to make sure you got it all covered.

I tell every camera person I meet about this and I always get the weirdest looks lol but it definitely works!
