They are very inconsistent on moves tho, Luffy's G5 Gomu Gomu no Kaminari is a wacky animated move too so... :/
Man, Garp one was kinda disappointing considering Roger looked so awesome. Like you look at Garp skills then Roger you start to wonder did this guy really go toe to toe with the King of the Pirates?
@ravencollins5638 ha is insane in every possible way 😂. I hope they will give Garp good guard break like Roger, Ray and just another 1 more effective skill (2-3 stars) he's gonna be perfect. because now he only have 2 nice skills for fast run, meteor fist take too long animation time and Randomly hit, tornado fist very noob at suck enermy in and even worse when on haki state (noob guard break noob drag enermy in just run through enermy).
Well I'm not going to argue with that logic. Besides they're kind of lacking on skins. Even One Piece bounty rush has more skins and certain abilities. Don't get me wrong love pirate warriors 4 forever. I be more happy if they added more PC characters.
There's an announcement on 22nd for the 4th anniversary, I'm not expecting much from them... but let's hope for a free Whitebeard skin since it fits the theme of the "Prime" DLC character pack

Anybody notice that Roger’s Attack DMG are the equivalent of a Giants towards the guard meter?? Breaks it in literally two hits
So insane range and guard break, I hope he has insane damage too, I hate how for these videos the characters do no damage
