yes, you have to download all parts for the patch to be complete. If the download size is to big for you, watch this video for a smaller size (This has the latest update also) - ua-cam.com/video/vw7Nogj6tX4/v-deo.html

@virtuallobby24 Hi please I would appreciate if you have a link to download a clean PES2017 PC game. The one I have I guess its the crack, so it doesnt allow the patch to run. I have tried many times but the patch does not take effect because of the edit that came with the version I have.
