I think the answer to your final question is that sexual predators and bullies are drawn to jobs as police officers because they know it will give them access to potential victims and also provide cover and protection for them. @@Bob.Jenkins there were no cameras. I remember we had a case that the police even intimidated a guy. He was being rude by telling them off but not loud or breaking any law. They beat the s out of him, even broke his two of his fingers. Then they made him record a video with them telling to the people how much he appreciated the police for showing him “the right way” and “correct his wrong ways”.
Important: there was only the video of the guy being “rude” to the police and getting cut off at some point. And the video after of his commendation of the police forces. Note: he was already effed up in that video. But they even made him lie he had an accident. Only later the video of the coppers assaulting and abusing him got “leaked”.
I’m using this one as example because we know now how they are because of access to information. Before we were kept in ignorance. That’s why most old school cops hate cameras and pass the same feeling to the newer ones. Nothing changed. They probably abused even more before.

@freshtoast3879 I haven't finished it yet. There's so much useful stuff in it -I'll have to make notes and memorise them, because, some day, I may need them!
The "powers that be" won't like it at all. It gives too much to the ordinary citizen and they would rather us Not know and meekly toe-the-line like sheep! It shows us how to counter corruption and you what happens when it gets exposed : just like in the video - they close ranks and excuse it away!
Enjoy it m8 - and Merry Christmas to you and yours.

No, it wasn't a ' misunderstanding ' , if solicitors are not being ' truthful ' , they should be investigated , they are ' officers of the court ' , if they tell blatant lies about this, they have lost credibility , how is a court supposed to believe anything they say , what else have they lied about.

If you want to have a look at police noncery then by all means jump into the Rotherham case. Just in the past couple of days two former PCs have been accused but this is something that started coming to light way back when the Alexis Jay Report was first published. There were two high profile investigations into officers back in 2015. One of those officers died after being ran over by a car travelling 20mph and the other who had a long list of charges against him somehow managed to instil a media blackout so we've not heard about his case since 2017.
Something very dark was growing at Rotherham Police Station. As much as we now expect police stations to be dens of villainy and evil, Rotherham was very likely on a completely different level, it's own circle of hell. I'd love to see it exposed.

I would love to chat with 'Crimebodge' about what i went through at the hands of the police, Although so much time has passed that it would be impossible to prosecute (Almost 10 years) I am still feeling the aftermath of what happened to me on not one but two separate occasions. I lost my job, My home and still suffer with physical problems. As recently as 2 months ago when i intervened with a 'youth' verbally and physically abusing a woman and then having a knife pulled on me, I was told by the police that i could be prosecuted for a breach of the peace despite their being several witnesses that would back my version of events. When i asked the officer that came to my home if this was because of my history with them i was told "You mess with fire, You get burned". For my own peace of mind to have it confirmed that i was the victim in both cases and not the perpetrator of the situation would help my mental state no end.

Sorry to hear. I have a friend who saw a guy legless trying to get into his car to drive. My friend tried to tell him to stop it as he was in no fit state to drive. The drunk driver told him to do one and mind his own business. So my friend punctured his tire with a knife. He's a farmer and always carries a legal one. The police were called and they arrested him for puncturing the tire. He spent nearly 48 hours in custody. Eventually he was released without charge after a lecture on how bad he was to take matters into his own hands. They even threatened to take his legally held shotguns from him.

Keith. I do not want to say anything that may offend. I hope you take this the way it is genuinely intended. PLEASE talk with someone about this. I would suggest asking your doctor to refer you. A very, very good friend of mine works with people of all backgrounds that have has something happen that disturbs them long term. His profession (NHS based) is there for people and WILL help you come out the other end of this - it is clearly still affecting you as you have brought it up here and I would encourage you to take a very deep breath and reach out for that help mate. There is no shame in asking for help - us blokes are terrible at it. Take it from me first hand on that too! Whatever you decide, think about it. I wish you the very, very best and hope this is of some help.
