Nice! these fairfield 3000s look to be 1983 or 1984 models due to the redesign of the wire exit from the rotator. These 83s and 84s have junction boxes compared to Gen 2 1982 WS rotators.
These ones were actually put up years before the Perry Equinoxes. These came from Western Lake County after that portion of the County was eliminated from the EPZ and the county bought their own sirens for new units, which were approximately 52 2001-SRN’s around 1999 or 2000. Fairfield got their first units around 2004, and their last ones were put up in 2008 or so if I remember right. Nice video btw.
I was told by the EMA director that they got the first ones in 2008. I was already aware of when these were actually taken down at first already, but thanks for the info anyways!
