I went out there today, and talked to the guys there, it runs at 6:15 every day! It was used as a shift change siren for a old factory, but they never bothered to take it down, and it has been running for so long that it runs at 9:13ish. I have footage of the siren going off, as well as me pressing the activation button, which it sounds like the attack timer is going to EXPLODE it rattles so much! I also have footage of behind the siren, where street view can't see it! Let me know if you want me to upload footage or send it to you via google drive so you can upload (with credit ofc) Discord: "Fyrekitten" their control box setup is just a single button that activates attack, and a canel button. No RCM panel or anything! No weather radio so people have to press it every time! It also has a timer that sets it off every day for one attack wail.
