The other driver told the officials it was his fault that it happened. It was a racing accident. It is snowflakes like Kyle Busch who think he could get away with murder on the track. NASCAR usually hand out penalties in the past for rough driving. The issue is the safety of the drivers.

So you posted this on Tempers Flare #10 with Gordon and Kenseth at Bristol in 2006 but you can also put this clip for the next one: later in that same 2006 season in Chicagoland Gordon would spin Kenseth out in the late portions of the race allowing Gordon to win the race. Gordon said it wasn't about Bristol but the tempers flared with the fans mostly.
