@@JackPrecisionRifle I think it's growth is from being enticing by bringing the action in from the Action Pistol sport to the Precision Rifle sport so it's not monotonous to most people like the static bullseye sports.
I personally enjoy the static bullseye sports because it's like meditation for me, but I also like the action sports versions for the excitement and adrenaline.
I wander if the reverse could be done for Action Pistol sports with a version being Precision Action Pistol with smaller targets and longer ranges. It would be an interesting and new challenge.
IPRF just held their first world championship in France this year, with 16 countries participating.
The countries included (in rank order) the United States, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Namibia, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, & the Czech Republic.
The next world championship is going to be held in South Africa in 2024.
@@handgunner3272 Wow, that's good to hear, glad to see the shooting sports are still alive outside of the US. They've been shutting down a number of our ranges here in the US because suburbia has grown around them over the decades. So we're having fewer places to go, and the ones still around are more crowded, requiring cuing.
