China leads the Asia 7s Series with Japan close behind, but the real battle is for third place between Hong Kong and Thailand, with major implications for a spot in the HSBC Sevens Challenger Series. Woud have loved to see Spiff on the USA roster but doesn't look like it was meant to be. However there are five (really six if you count Nani) USA Sevens players included in the traveling roster: eagles.rugby/news/usa-womens-eagles-traveling-squad-announced-for-wxv-1-in-british-columbia-2024913. We should see the game day roster today or tomorrow.
