Yeah, I got 999 coins in Duel a few times before, myself. Awesome feat, but happens rarely and with sheer luck. But, it certainly has the advantage of making you use double powered up characters for an eternity.
That one moment with Double powered up Baby Bowsers hitting Peach, OUCH... (3:26:21)

According to some random math I decided to do, DK over here would have, in total, 5994 coins at the end. Let me explain: There are 6 boards in this game; Chilly Waters, Deep Bloober Sea, Spiny Desert, Woody Woods, Creepy Cavern, and Waluigi's Island. Each board has DK collect 999 coins. If we times 999 by 6, then we get 5994 coins.

I would Love if nintrndo remaster All the mario party series if they would. To replay this magnificent series. But tje mario superstars is a start
An anniversary collection sounds cool, though I'd say DLC/new versions of Superstars can help in this regard: More Mini-Games (Wii fans got SHAFTED in this regard!), more boards (what pinhead thought 5 would suffice?), more modes (stuff like Card Party, Super Duel Mode, Puzzle Mode, and Solo Mode would be cool!), more characters like Dry Bones and Pom Pom, and maybe even the costumes from 2 where the Shop lets you buy alternate colors/costumes for all the playable characters!

no estoy muy familiarizado con mario party 3 pero creo que quizas pudiste haber puesto un par de opciones para que fuera mas rapido (aumentar la velocidad de caminata, saltear la explicacion de los minijuegos, salter minijuegos de rivales, etc) no se si se puede hacer eso en el modo historia
