Fantastic job Jackson. I'm studying your every move with these videos and Channel Junkies. I'm planning to startup down here in Sunny FL and take it by storm!!!
D 🔥is by far the most beautiful from the outside… not even close‼️ Also, the transitional modern homes will continue to attract buyers of all ages… well into the future. The triangle and cut off roofing designs of homes a,b and c take away from your second floor ceiling Hieghts. When you go into the home you will see the difference. The squared off rooftops give you a feel of more openness and opulence, instead of a ceiling that is sloping in on you and cutting off you full extended heights.
Am looking at new construction- any pros/ cons on chesmar? Especially Medina model? Any one found that building pole at living room is kinda awkward????
we moved from CA about 2 y ears ago and are just down the road from the HWY 99 and Elyson (which had NOTHING built even two years ago). Traffic here is unbelievable.
@@renaudmontes7247 Sorry to be ambiguous, didn't mean to be so. The off freeway traffic, just your every day going to the store etc......is horrible. It's usually grid locked in the morning until 9am and then at 2pm to 7pm. And I do mean grid locked. As in waiting 2,3,even 4 light cycles to get anywhere. Especially if you have to turn left. nnly one lane turns left despite the line up of traffic. This causes people to run red lights constantly and turn left from through way lanes. No police presense so it just gets worse and worse. And as they add these housing communities, each one adds more traffic lights. Just in two years we have seen the intersection of 99 and FM 529 go from free and clear to waiting several minutes to get through a light. This is where that Elyson comminity is going in. And it's not even there yet!!!! and the impact on traffic is obvious. I've lived in SoCal (Torrance) and I've lived in NorCal (Sacramento) and the surface street traffic here is the worst. I know it's hard being in Calif and looking in TX for a new home, but you really have to consider the traffic. Texas really should be ashamed of it'self for having such horrible traffic considering that they have land on which to expand the streets. LA, NorCal doesn't have that kind of room you are stuck with what you got.
Community we would like a bigger patio and yard . At least 9ooo to 1000 square ft lot . And yes new hurricane proof . Thankyou enjoying your. Videos . Our kids have a meeting with you in about a week . See you in a couple months .
Maybe I misunderstood. It takes me 20 mins to get to Cinco and 10 to get to Bridgeland from my home in Elyson. I’d guess 25-30 mins to get to Cinco from Bridgeland
I would like to see communities by price , let’s be real this economy is wild. We are about to move from china and I’ve been loving hearing about Houston via your channel. Do you also help with rental ?
As a Katy resident, your assessment of the three communities are a little off. First, CCR is head and shoulders above the other two communities. What separate CCR is the location is within the actual city of Fulshear. You actually have city services, i.e., police and fire. Second, CCR has multiple schools in all grade levels located within the neighborhood. CCR has more amenities then the other two communities mentioned. Jordan Ranch and Elyson are very nice communities, but there is a reason why the price per square foot is higher at CCR. I noticed on your 3 videos you only focused on new home builds, to give people a better view of these communities you should have covered the entire communities and what it has to offer. JMHO
Agree with 1 and 2 comments, as a resident of CCR however CCR is pretty overpriced. But I think the point of these videos is to show “new” homes not old
@@wamalamajama I’m assuming there’s people out there who prefer resale. The reason why the prices are higher at CCR is because the school zoned to the neighborhood are highly sought after.
We liked C ! We are about a year out from the move down there.
But LOVED the entrance and the neighborhood of Cross Creek Ranch.
Thanks for the info. I like that newer look C &D.

I'm from New York and I like them all. The homes in Texas are well worth the money compared to what people spend on these crappy homes here.
I like B! I’m from Canada. It’s such a gorgeous and classic style. I like new sale over resale.
House C ... looks awesome until you open the front door and see a TV hanging.. oddly on the cat walk above facing the entry?
@jackson, How about Missouri City? Maybe the new developments in the Sienna Plantation area?
It’s comin hot!!
Thank you brother
I like the interior of B and C and the exterior of A and I'm from SoCal. Also, can you do more videos on homes with no or optional HOA?

What’s up Jackson what are you doing this week I love Elyson Comunnity and also bridgeland is the best
The groves Comunnity is cool in humble do a video on the groves thanks
Always liked the cinco ranch aesthetic
D Stucco is the bomb depending upon if it has the Zip system exterior walls behind it and then foamed for insulation.
I like style D. We already sold our home in Southern California and looking for Katy’s home. 😅

@@Atochabsh Can you comment on the traffic, is unbelievable because is easy to get in and out or is bad?

My company just built a new building out there, Lower Kirby is about to be full of Medical device companies 1000's of new jobs to the area
I like C and D.
Oh wow. Outside D was awesome but inside I think I like b
Looks like beautiful homes but the video could have been a little better. Didn't get to see the flow of the homes ...
you asked for a comment on the Primary Closet ... Door to the hallway ? nah man ...I would ask the builder to get rid of that stupid feature ..😂
Please more houses with no hoa
A is much better cuz people are trying to look for big houses with bigger space and stuff
Wow 😂😂😂😂
I like D
It's going to make travel on 99 a mess. Just like Cinco Ranch
