Timeless and legendary my friend...
One of A&B's classics. IMO they're on of the few artists that can really build a track around the vocals, unlike other tracks where it would sound no different if the vocals were removed. The tracks they produce nowadays sound so weak compared to this.

@@Tesnopesno Have you listened to Engima State's upcoming EP? Or the Thrillseekers, Activa, Suncatcher, or many of the other artists still going strong? They might be further underground since trance had its peak in the early 2000s, but trance isn't going to die like brostep did. That genre died after Skrillex and every other artist jumped ship, as it was based off of an EDM fad. Trance is real music that speaks to your soul; it will never die!
It's still to this day one of my favourites, I remember listening to this in the early 2000's around 2004 on the drive to Passion, such good memories! It's a timeless piece of art and nothing beats the original!
This is what kids these days need to listen to and familiarize themselves with, where A&B came from such a classic tune! Wish they still played these in their sets....oh well

Peak years of Trance, 96 to 04. I remember hearing Dave Pearce play this on Dance Anthems on Radio 1 the first time I heard it.
One of the greatest ever breakdowns, one of the greatest ever trance vocals, and indeed one of the best pieces of trance ever created, the type of music lovers of true classic trance music yearn for when power up their sound systems to find some inspiration. with due respect sir, trance used to be the best genre in the world for me. But it became to cheesy. Since EDM got this commercial hype, all those artists changed.
emotioncomingsoon Oh, I agree with you there. I've listened to Trance forever. And although I've also liked Progressive House forever, I don't like all these Artists changing their sounds. But Above & Beyond's new Album coming out sounds more like their old stuff, imo.

I became an A&B fan in 2008 with sirens of the sea. I dont know much about the technicality of music so I can offer anything objective. Based on how their music makes me feel over the years I enjoy their new stuff as much as their old stuff. Artists' sound changing over the years doesnt seem to effect me negatively as it does for others. Regardless, I still think they have heartfelt sincerity in their music and have healed many people.
