Depends on the restuarant. If it's a soft opening they may get it free or at a discount. Since Amanda and Feliz You Tubing and the restuarant wants exposure it's free.
You mentioned the sushi rice did not have much su (vinegar)? That's almost a NO for me...like Don Quijote sushi! 😖 But, everything LOOKED good, so I'll probably try it out soon. I went there when it was Odoriko, which was good. Did you guys bring any Mio for BYOB?
It’s not really a deal breaker for us if the rice isn’t vinegary but definitely would’ve added more to the sushi 🍣🤤 we brought beer and umeshu! We need to pick up a bottle of Mio soon🍶
