Why was cutting a whole ass mullet less dramatic than when girls just cut bangs
I think it's because this young lady is very clear on what she wants and how she's going to get it and then just goes for it
She doesn't do the typical Gen Z stupid editing of being overly dramatic and forcing self deprecating humor.

This hairstyle is deadass the only one that was all around cute on white girls back then-- when it came to mullet-type hairstyles that were big and curly. Either needed to know how to mimic these curls or had them naturally
