Perfect. We used distilled water for the entire process. Vinegar and water as you stated then distilled water to finish the job. The light went out during the third 12 oz cup. Excellent video.

Our K-Express doesn't have the 12 ounce setting, we pressed both the (top) 10 and (bottom) 6 ounce buttons and was able to continue with the instructions. Thanks

For best descaling result, use distilled water. This is what is used when you clean lab equipment, and works very well on all of my coffee brewers.

Has anyone ever had it happen that the descale light never went off after going through the descaling process. Initially I ran three full water reservoirs after descaling with white vinegar as explained in this video. When that descale light was still on after that, I just started brewing coffee again. This was a little over two months ago, and I have been making coffee daily and that light is still on! I’m about to do the descaling process again, again with white vinegar, and see what happens.

If descaling the Keurig machine doesn't turn off the descale light, Keurig users are advised to repeat the process with more solution or descale with vinegar or citric acid. If it's still not working, hold the brew button for five seconds to force the water pump to work properly.

Holding it down eight and 12 doesn't do anything. It is off. I plugged it in and unplugged it, turned it off several times, held those two buttons down. It doesn't do anything.
