Rajit Kapoor has been the best Byomkesh EVER... even today when i read a Byomkesh book, the Byomkesh that I visualise in front of my eyes, is Rajit Kapoor. He has been the quintessential Byomkesh. I have watched Byomkesh by the legendary Uttam Kumar, by Abir Chatterjee, Jisshu Sengupta, and even Sushant Singh Rajput, just to name a few… But Rajit Kapoor will always remain my favourite.
These programs like Byomkesh Bakshi, Shaktiman, Tarang, Junior G, Ankhen, Karan The Detective are present in our mind in such a way that as soon as we hear the name, background music starts playing in our mind.
