Chicken Marsala
• 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
• 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
• 1 TBSP Pepper
• 1 TBSP Salt
• 1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
• ¼ cup Oil
• 2 TBSP Butter (per chicken)
• 3 oz Prosciutto
• 32 oz sliced mushrooms
• ½ cup Marsala Wine
• 1 cup Chicken Stocken
• ¼ cup Heavy Cream
Baked Mashed Potatoes
• 2.5 lbs Russet Potatoes
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ stick butter
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp granulated garlic
