I dunno if it's possible to control more than 2 in blade and sorcery is the issue, I've only seen people control 2, doesn't Traia have like 4-6 sabers?

If you're talking about 2:05, that's just fancy waving. If you're talking about 1:30, that's a base game feature. If you press the push and pull buttons at the same time it causes the held object to spin
