What an amazing podcast. I have learnt each and every concept during my MBA days and this podcast felt like a recap session. Everything was spot on. Kudos to the Think School team and Viraj Sir. This is the best and most insightful business podcast i ever came across.
Hi I’m from culinary background and was a manager at QSR, the explosive growth of retail was due to the fact the consumers wanted restaurant taste in their home, every customer used to come and ask for sauce brand, that’s why they got so much success in retail. Coming to the innovative sauce which were tasty didn’t succeed only due to the fact they were not present in restaurant. Indian consumers don’t like new palette (they say they open to new taste but reality is different) that’s why they always order butter chicken/paneer, do pyaza, dal makhini whenever they go to restaurant.. Thanks, As always normally I don’t watch podcasts but was bound to watch this.. Great going Ganesh!!
Thank you, Ganesh and Viraj, for this fantastic podcast! Viraj Sir, your insights into the food industry were truly inspiring. It's amazing to hear about the work you're doing and the philosophy that Veeba follows. You've set a powerful example of how a strong brand is built, and it’s something our country can truly be proud of
I am not even half way through the video and have learnt so so much! I actually came to this video from the shorts and the comments over there were very condescending of Veeba. Negatively criticizing their taste, claiming how is it healthy or or matters if it is going in junk foods like burger and pizza. Then I come here and surfed through the comments and they are worlds apart. A clear example of what kind of people just scroll-troll-move and what kind takes their time to understand and appreciate the efforts of someone way ahead of them and tries to learn!! Hats-off to think school to cultivate such a community. (Side note: I think shorts people misunderstood quality assurance and food safety with simply taste and end product experience. Veeba is used in many homes as well which can be healthier and more hygienic than junk foods outside. It is even stated here that taste is subjective but science is not!! Also disappointed that they recommended other companies like del monte but do not support the initiatives in their own countries.)
What an amazing podcast! Viraj's depth of knowledge truly shines through in his responses, and his achievement in building a 1000 crore brand speaks for itself on top of that Ganesh's insightful questions perfectly captured Viraj's real-world experiences, drawing out valuable lessons that only come from hands-on learning, not from books.
Ganesh, these interviews are great, they are the best classroom sessions. Viewers must SEE, both Dheeraj of Jumbo King and Viraj Bahl were down to earth ( while thay have reached a high level in business and life) , never shyed away from sharing the detail. Such a great virtue, I believe this trait is what sets the successful people apart. Never show off, ready to learn, ready to pick up and restart when you fail. I am sure even today these guys LEARN from anyone who has right things to say and not feel TOO BIG TO ASK OR LEARN. One thing tghat does not come up is...any one dreaming of starting a new business, while planning must make " what will I do if I fail" ' how will I get up and restart if I fail" part of the planning. Now we liosten to ones that are a success, but there are so many who failed too.....

Thanks Think School team for bringing Veeba's founder for feedback my family has used their products although good they should concentrate more on pricing and also quality can be brought to international standards for competition ❤❤❤
I have been intrigued by veeba for a long time. Thanks for bringing this perspective. Eyeopener for everyone. so many more learnings in distribution, how b2c works.
U r Gr8 Mr.Viraj. Inspirational story. Thank u Mt. Ganesh. (I am Puneri. Watched ur episode from Canada) I pray Veeba becomes MNC with 50k Crore Co. My wife started using this Salad dressing in 2018-19 at A.bad as an imported product looking at a large range of Veeba. Today, I see that great person is down to earth an Indian patriot. (not imported one) I would suggest u a Sauce I like. Korean " Gochujang" Similarly, very hottest "Capsaicin", we have to consume it in small drops. I enjoy both. This is my demand Viraj Sir in Veeba range.
We are interested in every boring Lil details sir 😄, Cause we are Someone who want to understand these nuances From a first hand experienced person. # Loving it 😊

Saw this episode over ~7 days. Never felt lost for motivation to watch it, always wanted to squeeze time for it. Great job @ThinkSchool 👍 All the best Viraj sir for your benchmark setting venture 👏👍 Never purchased Mayo/Spreads in my life until Veeba happened. Ganesh, you hit the ball out of the park with this podcast. Hope to see many more insightful videos where you invite founders and disect their business. This one was really interesting. Also your voice quality is amazing. It is extremely captivating and has the power to hold a person's attention. Good luck to you.
Thank you for bringing the Veeba story from the founder himself. I have been a loyal Veeba customer since 2018 . I have moved to the US since 3 years - and without fail I carry their sauces each time I travel to India or ask a friend to get them for me. US market does not have good sauces which does not have egg and Veeba fills that need for me.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that our sauces have become a staple for you, even in the US. Your support means a lot to us! 🙌🏻
Yes even in Europe we don’t have much brands for vegan/vegetarian consumers, I got to know this brand only by this podcast (12 years ago moved to Europe) I will also carry when I visit India this time
Hi Ganesh idk if you'll be ever reading this but it has been a long time since I am watching your business lessons even though I have no intention of opening one....i appreciate your hardwork and deep analysis of every sentence you speak. The veeba owner on this particular podcast taught me to be down to earth and never forgetting our roots no matter what. After watching this I am definitely going to leave Dr oatker and shift to veeba 😂 GREAT WORK GANESH, KEEP DOING IT, WISH YOU ALL THE BEST:)

Watched ur episode from Canada)
I pray Veeba becomes MNC with 50k Crore Co.
My wife started using this Salad dressing in 2018-19 at A.bad as an
imported product looking at a large
range of Veeba.
Today, I see that great person is down to earth an Indian patriot.
(not imported one)
I would suggest u a Sauce I like.
Korean " Gochujang"
Similarly, very hottest "Capsaicin",
we have to consume it in small drops.
I enjoy both.
This is my demand Viraj Sir in
Veeba range.
We are interested in every boring Lil details sir 😄, Cause we are Someone who want to understand these nuances From a first hand experienced person. # Loving it 😊
Really good content, elaborate enough to cover all the aspects while short enough not to loose interest. Worth spending 2 hrs (1.25 x speed) of my time. Thank you all @thinkschool for your efforts. Keep creating more on these lines!
Nice episode, I watched in a single go, can't imagine getting hooked up for so long and not feeling bored and the runtime of a movie
Amazing & interesting interview!!👍

Amazing, Viraj was amazing and humble , thanks Ganesh for getting him on show 🎉
How humble the founder is... Amazing man. I would love to see the plant in rajasthan since I am in jaipur. Sir... All the best to you and we all love veeba.. and your harrisa is amazing..that goes in dominos zingy parcel ❤
49:58 Plus plus meaning, positioning the brand at higher price segment then late also release products for lower price segment, best example: OnePlus
Worth my time. Had so many learnings at the end of it.
This is the one of my best podcast i ever watched ❤❤❤
Saw this episode over ~7 days. Never felt lost for motivation to watch it, always wanted to squeeze time for it. Great job @ThinkSchool 👍 All the best Viraj sir for your benchmark setting venture 👏👍
Never purchased Mayo/Spreads in my life until Veeba happened. The emphasize that you had placed on the health quotient in your products is the reason why I braved up to test these ingredients in our daily life. That 1% sugar is spent responsibly in my last life 🙂
Bahut hi badiya podcast
To be honest, I have seen their product more with street vendors
It was a nice interview, kudos to the entire team.
Good video everyone one to watch ❤❤

Yes even in Europe we don’t have much brands for vegan/vegetarian consumers, I got to know this brand only by this podcast (12 years ago moved to Europe) I will also carry when I visit India this time
@@0roady2 surely do! You will not be disappointed
@@VeebaIndia looking forward to the day when you start exporting to US!
Thank you, Think School.
After watching this I am definitely going to leave Dr oatker and shift to veeba 😂
