My cousin was Pat Keeler’s drum teacher from age 8-18. Had the pleasure of watching this tour on stage in Cincinnati. They kicked off the show with this tune. Unbelievable show!!

The stark walls remind of being at the Toledo Museum of Art this weekend. Despite being surrounded by immeasurable beauty and creativity, the majority of the patrons were staring at their phones. It made me wonder if one day will we all look up and everything around us will be gone because no one really cared it was there.
The reference to plastic features reminded me of how sad I am for this generation of people who will not have an honest photo to look back at.
Look up from your devices, people! There is a beautiful world out there that will crumble away if we ignore it too long.
It saddens me that a band co-lead by a favourite of mine from many years ago is now appealing to the "tsk, Millenials and their phones" crowd.

Haha if you listen to the album version with the commentary, Jack compared one of their songs to Small Faces/Humble Pie’s sound. The Raconteurs sound does sound a lot like Humble Pie songs like “I don’t need no doctor” and “Four day creep.” Everyone sounds like someone else. It’s not a big deal unless people make it. Robert Plant borrowed some of Steve Marriots vocal style for some Led Zeppelin songs. The singer from Greta Van Fleet sings more like Steve Marriot than he does Robert Plant.
