I've also included my social life in my main Trello board. I have a separate list with all of my friends at the end of my board and I use the card repeater power-up to regularly duplicate a specific friend's card and send it to my to do list. This way I make sure to regularly schedule phone calls or hang-outs with everyone and I never run the risk of forgetting to reach out. It may seem strange to make reaching out to friends an explicit task, but adult friendships are mostly built on initiative, consistency and making the effort to schedule time together. It's also important to show that you remember important dates and events. So this is the way I achieve all of that :)
Love this - very similar to my system, but I may steal the idea of using a power up to move cards for people I want to reach out to into my priority list every so often 😊

I've had a horrible start of this year with motivation and organisation. I currently use Trello but not to its full potential.. taking your course might give me a reason to prioritise it and change my mindset.
Awesome stuff Tim!! I really hope so - please do let me know if you find it helpful, and I hope (whether or not you do the course) you have a better rest of the year!!
Agreed Sam - you may already have a system like the one I talk about, but I’ve genuinely found getting anything that could distract me / that’s in the back of my mind into Trello and then having the space to truly focus has made a huge difference (I reckon I now get into flow daily), so maybe worth giving it a try 😝
This is very enlightening. As always, the tips for enhanced productivity are superb. Thanks for sharing and keeping us all motivated at a time when we need it most.
Hey Abhilash! Well, because Trello is so much a part of my life and I put everything I have to do in there, making my daily to do list takes probably 1-2 minutes, and I then spend maybe 5-10 minutes a day adding stuff in / reviewing what I need to be doing :)
I find that intentionally schedule early mornings for flow state to be so powerful. Of course, there are so many days when distractions and life happens. Great to use apps to help ! I love using Notion, Trello and Forest too :) Encouraging video as always Liam ! 👍🏻
Thank you as always - I really appreciate your support! Very much on board with scheduling, and if you already use Trello, you might pick up some tips from later in my SkillShare course around automation so maybe check it out :p Thank you again!
@@OlleyThorpe I think it is great if you're willing to commit the time to setting it up, and also as more of a document / idea hub. But I personally love the simplicity of Trello, and the ability to quickly see everything I have going on in my life in one place in one beautifully easy to use space. I do also use Notion, just not for this!

Exactly! Trello is as simple (or as sophisticated, if you want to use all features/power-ups/integrations) as you make it! I love Trello!!! :D
This channel deserves more views like and subs. Quality content 💯👍
Thank you so so much :)

I love entering the state of flow but it doesn’t happen as often as I’d like! I feel like I only really enter it maybe twice a week

Liam, How much time do you usually spend managing your to do list on a daily basis? I am curious to know!
Hey Abhilash! Well, because Trello is so much a part of my life and I put everything I have to do in there, making my daily to do list takes probably 1-2 minutes, and I then spend maybe 5-10 minutes a day adding stuff in / reviewing what I need to be doing :)

Amazing animations. Do you mind sharing what software you used for example to make the percentages?
