Pride go chair "fast" @ 3.7 mph? NOT FAST! Sunrise Quicky 626, 636, and p222 have 4 pole (optional motors) that can exceed 8.5 MPH, and standard one's that'll cruise @ 6.5 MPH. All the chairs reviewed are with for semi mobile user's. Not for those of us who need the use of a power WC from the moment we get out of bed until the day is done. These chairs are basically scooter's, for the people with mobility issues and don't need an every second use wheelchair.
Who do they make these chairs for? Lazy old people? I have a broken foot and need a thin chair to get around my house. I am not changing batteries in the back nor able to walk around and fold the chair up. I don't need cross-country plus with only 1 foot, not likely I could walk around to fold the chair and then lift a 50lb chair in my car and then get back to the driver seat.
Yea, those lazy old people. Like me. Old, with heart failure, on oxygen, unable to walk without excruciating pain more than 50 feet..... Yea, take all us LAZY OLD PEOPLE out and bulldoze a mass grave, then shoot us, roll us in, and YOU TOO when you get to your senior years and you eventually get "crippled up".
I have a forcemech Navigator And I absolutely love it… Not to mention the company is absolutely amazing to work with
I need wheelchair with very good suspension. I don’t mind if I can’t fold it. For those of us with spinal pain we need suspension and a smooth ride
