Thank you for prices and weights. They are the most important details. The first and last wheelchairs are incredible, but they're more than the price of a car!
The "HOSS" is MY favourite Whellchair.
I had been driven this for testing one time and its a marvellous Support in my disability.
Its the SUV under the Wheelchairs because its Mobility on the Beach or in the woods.
Even in Winter its driving on Snow. And the SAFETY is magnificiant while he stops
very very quickly if necessary. For me a very important Reason to get one.
It is easy to get it into the car as it has a small ramp as an available option.
Turning on the Spot makes it suitable even for small apartments.
He is the Price worth. The Austrian engineers have done a great job.

Excellent review! 😃Some of the options are affordable and some are a bit pricey but it is amazing how technologies help us to live more fulfilled life.

But, what good is it if no-one can afford it?
I agree. I believe we need to be subsidized by our government. I'm not saying pay for all of it. But if you are clinically considered disabled then you should be charged according to your income and the rest paid for by the province/state or even be federally subsidized. Disabled people like me get a PATHETIC amount to live on. $949.00/month is poverty income and to expect someone in that position in which they can't work a full-time job or even a part-time job because they have to lay down every 45 minutes or hour for ten minutes or so to lessen the pain that is always there. The pain just goes up and down in severity depending on the activity. Even just sitting takes its toll on a person's back. It takes at least an hour, to an hour and a half after I take my pain meds and loosen up in order to lessen the pain enough to get around and start the day once awake in the mornings.

Having said that, I do appreciate the wish to share information about these new wheelchairs.
Notice how most of the video/ad actors are able to walk? If I could walk I could spare the expence😊...that I could never afford anyhoo!
As a wheelchair user it’s upsetting to see another wheelchair user be so bigoted against ambulatory wheelchair users… they’re just as valid.
I walk around my house or other short distances of less than 30-40 feet with the aid of a cane. I need my scooter to go far than that.

I watched one of these videos earlier, and wish they would add the estimated prices of each.
Bless your heart I am disabled, I cannot walk or run like I used to. Yes I am aware that I am to blame for this situation, but I really wasn’t my self when this happened. I took a loaded .22 caliber rifle and shot my self in the head. I did this in 2014 so I have been in this position for 10 years.
I only did this because of the circumstances of the situation with the Boy Scouts of America. I was raped by an Assistant Boy Scout Master. With the money I am going to get through the pay out I might have enough to get me a new chair!

What’s the best wheelchair for a quadriplegic, where the caregiver does the driving? Reclining is necessary to get off the tailbone often. Something to hold arms inside is critical. Must allow mounting a Tobii eyegaze or similar device.

Средств реабилитации для инвалидов много, но чтоб на них можно подниматься по лестничному маршу и цена не кусалась, и была возможность в боступности получения вряд ли что можно подобрать. А так рекламировать можно! А для кого это стздается, если инвалиды себе не могут позволить?
