Man your well done steak is still alive…
Needed more grill time or thermo was off?
You made steaks from Rare to Medium.
Your well done would not even qualify as medium well in most restaurants :)
Was thinking the same thing about the well done. I said it's medium at best lol
I agree buddy true
lol that's exactly what I was thinking. Well done is NO PINK. the medium well wasn't correct also. Trying to figure out what scale he was using.
I’m a line cook and if I sent that shit out I would never hear the fucking end of it
@@jeanpincay3010You should really say what you mean. You're too reserved.
Imagine your at a restaurant and he comes out and explains that your steak is in Fact “Well done”….
Bruh I’d loose my shit
🤣 facts
😂😂😂😂
+)) FACTS , PLS JUST STF AND COOK MY STEAK PLS !!!
4:43 is when I turned it off... When he showed the "well done steak" 🤦♂️👋
This guys thermometer is broken. No way are those medium well to well done steaks.
Yes
I was gonna say, I don’t like to see pink in my steak, but it takes a lot of practice to cook it all the way while it’s still soft and not like rubber
Completely agree
Agreed
He is also blind.
This guy got a lot of confidence posting this video
It's like they are all varying degrees of a medium
rare done steak 😂
I think most people expecting a well done steak wouldn't want any pinkness. I know the pinkness means flavor, but well-done eaters are afraid of pinkness!
was thinking the same thing, people are just ignorant or they're masochist
yep my parents are like that. They think any pink or red color means its uncooked and that there is blood in it. I tried telling them that its not blood and its cooked, but a lifetime of thinking that way is hard to change. What they like is not even well done, but cooked until its thoroughly stiff inside and tastes like leather. No wonder they don't like steak all that much.
The pink part is the least flavorful part to me. It tastes like iron. I also hate the texture; it makes me gag/ nauseous. To me, it's like chewing old gum. Metallic and gummy. The pink running everywhere on my plate and making my sides taste like iron too is the cherry on top that ruins the entire meal. That's why I prefer well done. Well-done taste like juicy, seasoned beef to me. I think ppl who prefer well-done have sensitive palettes and dislike the taste and texture of the other kinds. Neurodivergent ppl, like me, are generally sensitive to lots of things (sound, taste, texture, etc.)
Sadly, there's so much hate towards well-done eaters that I've seen several chefs admit to sabotaging well done orders by under or over cooking it. I've stopped ordering steak after leaving restaurants hungry. If someone doesn't like well done, they either have a less sensitive palette to enjoy the less cooked taste/texture or had the steak sabotaged by uppity kitchen staff.
Yeah, that's not a, "well-done" steak.
Not "well done" at all.
A well done steak should have no pink, and should be a bit dry. Take it off at 160 to 165. Final resting temp should be around 170.
125 degrees a steak is still quite rare. That's a good temp to remove a steak from grill if you want med rare.
135 kinda borderline temp. Coolest temp for medium. Highest for med rare.
Dude forgot to check if his thermometer was broken. That thermometer misread his "well done".
Did you cook these steaks near a heat lamp?
This guy's a genius he's teaching everyone how to cook a well done steak if you don't have a thermometer or even medium. AKA no more well-done or medium done steak.
I used to only eat well done steak. What you showed was not well done. Well done steak is brown throughout.
Your well done is what I think is reasonable. In this family, however, we eat our steaks rare. As in really rare. Blue.
Anyone who think well done means dry and grey should not bother eating steaks at all.
I don't understand this at all. I use a couple different properly calibrated temp probs and if I cooked to 140F its looking more well done than this well done steak. Also 150-170F and still that pink, no way. Plus if it was 170 before resting, it probably would come up a few more degrees on top of that. This just confused me even more. I'd also like to point out that the thumbnail image tells an entirely different story.
I love this guy ! Troll those well done rubber steak mofos !! 🤣💯
at kfc you sometimes get medium rare chicken
If “we’ll done “ means still alive and moving then yeah u nailed it
Can't eat red meat. I guess I have to cook it very slowly so the inside is brown.
That’s the most beautifully cooked Well Done steak I have ever seen. Unfortunately, people who ask for well done would never eat it, “Those people” are usually put off by that lovely color. If it’s not gray they won’t eat it. I never give those people Butcher Box meat. They don’t deserve it.
That’s deff not a well done steak. Not even medium well
@@rubenlozano377 Ur right thats not well in my book either. Interesting post tho; good close visuals, nice job.
Your wife doesn't deserve you.
I thought the raw steak was where it was softest and it got progressively firmer the more you cook it... I mean, raw meat is squishy as hell. I didn't realize it went as far as trying to figure out how long it takes the steak to bounce back from a push.
They're all uniform color across the width. He must have water bathed them or maybe baked them with a thermometer to get his temperatures.
4th steak in thumbnail looks so appetizing
My man well done looks like a rare steaks😅
Your medium well and well done looks like the same thing
What temp so it won't bleed all over my mashed potatoes?
You made me question my own sanity with this video but I believe the fault is on your end, chief.
I really like that you are not a "steak snob"!
What do you mean you cut it at 170 but the final rested temp is 155?
I mean, his thumbnail doesn’t even reflect his steaks
Every restaurant I’ve been to & worked at a well done has no pink.
wait why would the length of the muscle fibers change from the amount of heat? That will stay the same regardless of how long you cook it, short of burning it to charcoal. the perceived shorter fibers is just a difference in how dry, overcooked meat cuts and looks compared to the others.
Cross contamination has join the chat
I personally like to eat it straight out of the cow
I’ve eaten butcher box steaks blue rare
they look all the same color inside! you should talk with the editor of your video
Will do1
I'm sorry but "Taking "temperature of your beef" sounded... never mind 😅
Why all the steaks the same color that’s not well bro but I eat it 😂
That’s not well done. Well done steaks do not have pink centers. Instead the center is a grayish color.
Well done steaks ain’t pink bro
People who prefer their steaks to be well-done are the same people who order their new Z-Car/Mustang/Miata/Supra from the dealership with automatic transmissions.
You can cook a well done steak & it'll be just as good as any other, if you know what you're doing. 💎👍
They all look the same 😂
Mmm, is that "well done" steak, pink cos it's a grass-fed steak? since grass fed are usually redder that grain fed
Or is this man's thermometer really broken??
i like yr steak. clean n well packed.
All I see is raw meat
That is not well done i still see pink
That medium well and well done don’t look like they should, wat too pink. I line medium rare by the way.
Im confused
Sorry but a well done steak isn’t pink
What is a lion to think?
Can u give me a temp for a rare steak Plez???
115
Bruh they’re all rare
Bruh, that's not well done. I feel like you trolling🙄 Idk what kind thermometer you're using, but respectfully throw it in the trash 🗑🤣
This is a well done ???
Where does this dude work man?
Bro why you troll us this vid.
Make your steak the way YOU want to eat it.
fingers on my steak
ummmmmmm that’s all medium rare at best
The well done is medium at best lol
Yeah, you better get a new meat thermometer because your steaks are off.
This guy is trolling
If you like your steak well done, just stick to chicken breast and save your money
Ha ha ain't no person who says well done touching any of them lol. Well done steak is awful but this guy saying it's ok. COS he ain't cooking well done steak lol
all of ur steaks are rare to medium max. lol
lol those steaks are not well done, that medium is med rare not medium. the medium well here is the medium
This guys cooks everything the same lol
idk how you managed to make steak look so nasty
You must be from out of country? United States those would all be considered rare to medium -rare. There isn't a single medium to well done steak in this video. I personally eat them practically mooing. But if you showed that to my wife and said well done, she'd 1-star your ass really fast. hahaha. HOWEVER, I say hell yeah man. I think all steaks should have red/pink and blood in them!
Rare steak army
It all looked the same
Your mom cuts your steak if you eat anything above medium rare. You probably have it with ketchup, tots and a glass of milk too.
Wrong my dude.
Why is your well done still red or pink on the inside? I cannot eat steak that has any pink whatsoever. What is it called when it has no pink, period? I grill it to that point and still eat it without my upper dentures, just gums. And that is even with just too sirloins. What am need to know Oakland Unified School Distroct how to keep my wife’s “bloody” but hot on the Inside
BS video!!!
