The photo of him asleep w her at the hospital just gets me... that’s love. Right there in a photo. She was his first true love, and he was hers. I grew up watching them go through hard times & incredibly good times. It was a perfect ying & yang how they complimented each other. He’ll see her again - just not now. Miss her, miss him when he was with her.
The irony is she looked so happy and healthy here it’s hard to tell she ever was battling a disease. RIP Diem

Celebrity deaths don't usually hit me hard, but when I saw that Diem had died, my heart dropped. She had cancer 3 TIMES. Her and CT were finally dating after all the bullshit they've been through and then she dies. CT may be a dick sometimes but all he's every done is love Diem. He hooked up with other girls but it was always Diem. It just honestly sucks for her family, CT and just everyone who knew her.

Sad to know that her and CT were back together when she passed. I know he's in pain, but I'm sure he's happy he was there for her in the end when it really mattered! Prayers to Diem's family and CT.
Im sad but Imagin how C.t Feels. He wanted to marry her he wanted to have children with her and now he can't. I feel Like if he ever got married again he would love his wife but not as much as he loved Diem.
You can see now watching the wedding special that he loves his wife, but not the same as Diem. I hope he is happy though.

I cannot imagine the pain CT and all Diem's family and friends are going through. As a fan to see her bring out that soft side of him, it just kills me that she's gone. RIP Diem you are with the angels now. Take care CT, she's still with you in spirit.

Just found out this tragic news today. I used to watch mtv a lot but started family life so missed past 2 years. I am devastated that Diem is no longer with us. Her death has hit me hard. Tears pouring out. Diem, what a beautiful soul. So strong and determined. She lived life to the fullest through all that pain. We are both alums of Roswell High School. I feel like I know her. RIP, Diem.

Adaora Onyinanya wrong.. Its Danielle Michelle "Diem" That's how she got the name Diem. mixing those 2 first names.
I found out at the end of the episode. ( i didnt know before because i always thought she was getting better) but when i found out i burst into tears. I did this because she mentioned in the episode saying it would take 20-30,000$ to have 1 kid and thats why she wanted to win. And im like 'aww she deserves too' and then i found out she died at the end and i started crying and yelling. She didnt deserve this😪
Still to this day I cry when I watch a video with them together
Crazy that both her and knight both were on a challenge not only together but right before their death, even after both of them taking a break from the show for a few seasons

Although it's going to be a very sad season knowing what happened to Diem after, it's also going to show some very special last moments with CT. This couple's relationship went far more deep then any of these other "ex's"- I'm glad they found their way back to eachother in the end

It's very sad what happened to Diem but I have to say that they relationship with her and CT was so tiresome. These reality relationships go on while the show is on but once the show is over and these people are back in real life they normally end. CT and Diem were never going to get married but their romance just kept getting drag on and on when they were on these shows. To me they were the worst example of a reality couple.

CT himself has never talked to the media. He has not used social media since November 20th. If he's not even using that, he sure as hell isn't gonna talk to actual media. These were sources of friends from Diem that CT proposed but she said no, because Diem didn't wanna marry him while she was dying.
As for fake, why would it be fake for such a long time. If you wanna discredit a certain relationship on a tv show, then try to discredit all the other ones that never lasted and were just some 1 season bullshit. Diem and CT have been on/off with eachother for so long. And both would have to be pretty amazing actors to pull that off. I mean, Grammy award actors. You don't fake that kind of chemistry.
Also you keep fake shit on a show, you don't bring that out in real life. The fact he called her the love of his life, and showing the ring before he stopped using Twitter, tells me it was real.
