I’m embarrassed to admit this but my Reebok STEP basic stepper was covered in dust!! Now cleaned up and this workout finished. It’s been years since I’ve done a step routine and Rick’s queuing is excellent! I decided to join the GFWR program and am now on week 4 with the basics class. So today I did this step routine, week 4 workout 3, and cut the grass with a push mower. I am a sweaty mess but feel terrific! Thanks Rick!!
Stepping was always my favorite workout until an injury made it nearly impossible for me to do. This looks low impact and easy enough. I can't wait to try stepping again! Thanks!

Love this workout. I have arthritis in my knees but love step aerobics. This is very easy on my knees but gives a great workout. Please do more like this, maybe 30 minutes??

@RickBhullarFitness Really felt the difference with the step incorporated, but your work outs never feel like a chore, so I can push through, rather than just give up. A great way to add a bit of variety and help get my daily steps in.
