still amazing. the gearbox being a normal (manual) gearbox with a robot on it. That era was short. just from 1997 to 2008. Later replaced with much more efficient gearboxes. Nevertheless amazing italian tech. Extremely fast. Still used today in F1.
Good drive, but there's clearly so much more time to be saved in that lap. However, it comes at massive risk (ie losing the car), which, for those that haven't experienced Ferrari ownership, explains the joy of driving a Ferrari. Low grip cars, high excitement, high risk. Take your chances and go for it? 😏

Single clutch gearboxes are far more enjoyable and dramatic than DCTs. Hence why Lambo held on to it for so long in the Aventador..
