Try Bryan Adam's and Tina Turner...it's only love
LOVE Bryan Adams! He's a great talent, "Run To You" and "Somebody" are some of my faves, such a great rock n' roller!
A great big hit from Bryan Adams .. is .. everything I do I do for you
I love Bryan Adams music.
Yes a great song and singing about the best year ever " because it was my birth year " but my favourite song from Bryan was my all time favourite song, Heaven.
My husband was born in the Summer of 1969! "Heaven" is my favorite song by him.
I hate to break it to you but it isn't about the year. It's about spending a great summer having fun and indulging in a particular sexual practice. This has been confirmed by Bryan himself in many interviews. Sorry.
@@God-ck5yo hate to break it to you, but no one cares. (I am aware of the meaning. It doesn't change the fact that Kevin and my husband were both born in 1969.)
@@God-ck5yo Now I'm guessing but I suspect you don't get invited to many parties
@@kevinoriordan7387 😂 I agree!
Jayy, more is needed. His love ballads will melt you!
Heaven
Yes do Run to you ,killer song
You will totally enjoy this song.
Im ready by bryan is so different a side to him beautiful. U will fall in LOVE. Hes a mega talent.
Bryan Adams, home grown Canadian boy. He has hits over 3 decades and he's really got great material.
"Cuts Like A Knife" is my favorite Bryan Adams song. It was the first music video I saw on MTV back in the 80's. "All For Love" with Bryan Adams, Rod Stewart and Sting from the 1993 live action movie Three Musketeers (Charlie Sheen, Kiefer Sutherland, Chris O'Donnell, Oliver Platt, Tim Curry & Rebecca De Mornay) is outstanding.
Wait til you hear some of his love songs
Hey! “Run to you”, Cuts like a knife” and DEFINITELY “Please forgive me.” Official video of possible- 💜💝👍
Please react to "All for Love" Bryan Adams, Sting and Rod Stewart ❤
I've been binging 'Run to You', one of his best ones, whether its the original from the 80s or his latest acoustic take.
My favorite Bryan Adams song!
@@mangerinegirl I've got 4, 5 if you count summer of '69.
Run To You
Everything I Do (I Do It For You)
When Your Gone ft. Melanie C
Get Off Of My Back
One of Canada's finest musical exports....YOU'RE WELCOME AMERICA!!
You should check out his song Cuts Like A Knife next...
Welcome to our world, way back when the music was good 😎
Great artist with a lot of great songs
🇨🇦lovin it from Toronto Canada....Great Canadian Rocker .......the Best!
"Straight from the heart" is another good one from him.
He is a fellow Canadian like me! Awesome talent! Many great Canadian artists out there. Lee Aaron, Big Wreck, Dead South, Basia Lyjak, Atomic Tomb, Sule Heitner (those are some maybe not heard of in the US but amazing!!!!! Some are my friends...Basia, Sule and Atomic Tomb) Others for sure y'all heard of! Shania Twain, Neil Young, Gordon Lightfoot, Joni Mitchell, Alanis Morissette, The Tragacilly Hip, so many more.
Top down on the car, elbow on the window sill, cruising the coast road, the smell of the salt in the air, Brian Adams blaring from the stereo, aviator sunglasses on, damn we had the life back in the 80s (before mortgages and kid's😂🤣)
I'll Always Be Right There, (sweet ballad) Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman, Please Forgive Me, All For Love, I'm Ready (swoon worthy!) The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me Is You (😉😉), When You Love Someone (beautiful ballad, will make you cry), and his cover of Kiss and Say Goodbye are some really, really great songs to add to your play list.
What a great reminiscence song!
The summer of '67 were the best days of my life.. '69 was pretty good too :-)
Bryan Adams - Heaven
He was all over the radio in the 80s! This takes me right back to high school.
He has a great duet with Ms Tina Turner called it’s only love that you should definitely check it out. Kids wanna rock is another song that’s great
In the summer of '69 we lived in that drive-in theater (Chilliwack) all summer. Brian was only 10 then.
I was born 1970 and this song just touches my heart strings. Reaching
middle age and losing my mother and father and grand parents. Being an
only child and being distance from other family members by time and
hundreds of miles has just crushed me. This song just touches my heart. i
can't explain it. But it makes my heart ache less. I can't explain
anymore for clarity. "Best days of my life". 'No truer words were ever
sung about my personal life'. Memories of by father playing his guitar.
His guitar from 60's same decade he took guitar lessons. Sorry younger
generation just can't feel this song like we can. Just brings tears to
my eyes..... Standing on your mama's porch...
Ohhh love Bryan Adams my high school jams lol miss the 80”s…. Ohhh Jayy you’ll love Bryan , love you Jayy take care 💚
Better late than ever 😸 , girl you get it , it was a great time to be an American and Young , welcome to our world , girl you get it .🤩😍 The last century was one of the best , Peace ✌️
I have loved Bryan Adams for years! He has a great voice! Wraspy. He reminds me of Rod Stewart. BTW: He was only 10 years old in 1969. Lol
I love old school Bryan Adams!! Since you've done this one, I suggest "Somebody," "Heaven," and "Run to You." The videos are connected and the same actress shows up in each one. 😉 "Cuts Like a Knife" is good too.
I don't remember the summer of '69. I was still pooping my pants and wondering how everyone was moving around on two legs instead of four. But as a teenager, this song was a summertime anthem all through the '80s.
Lol, so was Bryan Adams...lol... he was around in 69 but he likes "69" and want to write a song "around" the subject...lol..
graduated High school in '69. Great song, brings back great memories. Should have been there
Please Forgive Me - Bryan Adams
I adore Bryan Adams. My wedding song was his song "Heaven". Check it out if you have a chance! Love your channel, Jayy!
I love this song ❤
Brian Adams "Cuts like a knife"
So many great tunes from him, got to go down the rabbit hole. He is a treasure!
'When You Love A Woman' is a song of his you should listen to by Bryan. My favourite, makes me melt.
Love Adams! Such good jams!!! Fact tidbit Bryan gave an interview where he stated this song is of the naughty nature and not year related 😋
I heard that too...and since Bryan Adams was only ten years old in the YEAR '69...it makes sense. :-)
D. Santo right!!! :)
You should check out his duet with Tina Turner, It's only Love. Great song!
That was a great summer, I was 12 years old. This song by Bryan Adams takes me back to those times. I could hear this song over and over again and never get tired of listening to it.
The year i was born
YES BRYAN ADAMS!!! One of my favorite artists and this is one of my favorite songs!! Was just jamming to it in the car a couple days ago. More songs to check out: (Everything I Do) I Do It For You, Heaven, Straight From The Heart, Cuts Like A Knife, Run To You. Also if you love Bryan you would love John Mellencamp - check out Jack & Diane sometime! John's voice is right up your alley.
"This Time" is probably my favorite from Bryan Adams. Hits me right in the nostalgia.
Need listen to all for one by sting rod Stewart and Brian Adams great song
I love his raspy voice.
Ah yes, that Summer of '69s -- reminds me of a french guy I went out with for a few months
Great sound excellent in concert
"Me and my baby 69" xD You gotta love this song haha
Love Bryan! Great choice Jayy! His song, Heaven) will melt you. Tks for another excellent choice and your usual heartfelt reaction 💕 I fiddlestckin' love your facial expressions 🤣
The Ferrari of Rock nRoll
Good song young lady
Oh yeah, they did SOMETHING that summer (it's right there in the title lmao)
The older song were great. Good time to grow up.
The whole Reckless album is worth listening to. One Night Love Affair, Heaven, Somebody, Summer of 69, It’s Only Love with Tina Turner are all bangers
Great song
I had the chance to see Bryan back in 1983 when he opened for Journey during their "Frontiers" tour. At the time he was getting a lot of air time on MTV.
Great choice!!!! ❤️
Great song lady
Hi Jayy, great choice Bryan Adams had a lot of great hits during the 80’s. What you’re talking about is Bryan has a “ raspy “ voice, like Bruce Springsteen.
Raspy thank you that’s the word !!
You’re welcome Jayy, I love your show, contacting you from Chicago,IL.
This song has always been special to me because it came out in my summer of 69 which was actually the summer of 85. It always takes me back there to my favorite year. 19 going on 20 & having the time of my life .
Not a single dislike says everything you need to know about this song, and video. Bryan owned the '80s for a hot minute.
Bryan Adams said that this song has nothing to do with the year 1969 but is about the 69 sex position.
Now you have to do Butch Walker's Summer of 88'
Gravelly voice.
I saw him in concert. He's Canadian .
It has been suggested that the 69 is not in reference to a year because in 1969 Brian Adams would have been 9 years old.
I would call his voice "gravelly".
yes, rustic is not a word you could really use to describe a voice, gravelly is far more suitable!
I meant to say Raspy
@@THEJAYYSHOW perfect 😁
Like the new hairdo, Jayy
When Adams appeared on The Early Show in 2008, he was asked about "Summer of '69" and its lyrical meaning. Adams said the song was not about the summer of 1969 but about sex and making love in the summertime. "69" is a reference to the sexual position 69.[ Vallance, however, has gone for the more conventional interpretation of the title being a reference to a year. He notes Jackson Browne's "Running on Empty", which contains references to 1965 and 1969, as his own influence, and recalls Adams citing the film Summer of '42 as his. However, Vallance stated on the Song Facts message board that "When we recorded the demo in my basement, towards the end of the song Bryan sang a little naughty bit: 'me and my baby in a ’69'. We had a laugh about it at the time, and Bryan decided to keep it when he did the final recording a month or two later.
You should try the band The Hooters. Same … “sound”. And We Danced, Where do the Children Go.
Yes to the Hooters.
The order of the videos are "Summer of 69" (think about it) , "Heaven" and "Run to You". They tell a little story.
He just always had that voice,,,
One of the very few "International" artists that repeatedly toured South Africa in the 1990`s regardless of probably not making much money going there...saw him 3 times and all 3 times he delivered and then some!
Great live act!
But, you CAN Compare him to Sting and/or Rod Stewart! They all three did a Number together called "All For One ( and all for Love).
For a More Romantic Bryan Adams Song called "Have you ever Really Loved a Woman" Bryan's vocals mixed with a Spanish Guitar.
I just want to let you know that I like the necklace, with the crystal jewel, that you are wearing in this music video reaction. It looks good on you. It is pretty. :-)
Together with Gary Moore Bryan was always my favorite, and Live he is absolutely unique!! The list of great songs is toooo big to mention, you could pick nearly everyone! I could only mention Heaven as probably my favorite, but that’s about it
Yup He doesn’t have one bad song, I’ve loved him since he came onto the scene!
Brian has confirmed that '69 in this song is NOT the year... 😉
Haha really??
@@danielwalker1538 yep. He has said he was just ten in 69. You can also clearly see the video is not set in the 60s 🙂
You know he was born in 59... The summer of 69 was about a milestone...
My favorites from him are Cuts like a knife and This Time 🤔
Great song!! Always reminds me of the summers from my childhood!! Btw, your brothers song from the intro is catchy as hell!! “Just know I love you like I love myself.” (Can’t stop singing it)
pls do bryan adams heaven song ,you will love it
“Run to you” 😂
You're adorable, and love the headphones!!
There's not a single skipper on the, 'Reckless', album.
An all time favourite! Thanks for doing it!
Gotta watch the lives of Heaven and (Everything i do) i do it for you.
Keith Scott is on lead guitar. I would consider him to be the Canadian David Gilmour. His live solos are truly epic.
During his Live Aid performance (UA-cam), at the end of the song, he sang... It was the Summer of '85.
Saw Bryan in Pasadena Ca a week before he opened for Journey. Then 3 shows with Journey. Not one disappointing moment. Great show. Definite Arena rock songs
LOVE this song. The live version is EPIC
"Diana"
Jayy, you have to dive into his catalog. So many other good songs to react too!
Out on the road today i saw a dead head sticker on a caddilac: i was the guy in the caddy
643 likes. 0 dislikes.. youre doing something right 😊
Haven by bryan adam
Bryan said the Summer of 69 didn’t have anything to do with a year 🤷♂️🤣
lol and I'm glad, because I wasn't even born in 1969, but I can still enjoy the Summer of 69 lmao
