it's been said by David Cohn that the Mississippi Delta begins in the lobby of the Peabody Hotel in Memphis and extends to Catfish Row in Vicksburg. Port Gibson isn't in the delta.
Wow, so much history in that place!! That big old tree looked like a monument all covered in growth. Thanks for the tour!
Definitely a lot of history! And yeah all that kudzu over things reminds me of characters or monsters rising up! Thanks for watching!
This is the place where my mom was born many decades ago. I remember her taking me and my brother there a few times when we were young!. My mom and one of her brothers went to New York after High School She met my dad there who was from Warner Robins, Georgia! They fell in love and Married up in New York. They lived in Rochester and Syracuse according to my mom! They were there for several years and decided to come to Southwest Florida were I was conceived. I am glad about that because I love Fort Myers, FL !!! I miss my parents!!! Dad passed away in 2004. Mom Passed away in 2022! May they rest in peace and be caught in the rapture when Jesus descend and shout it is finished!!
Thank you for that nice message!
I was there a few years ago!
Fun place to visit!
What an interesting place, Keith. A group of us from our local photo club have talked about a trip there to do a walk-around. There is obviously a lot to see and experience. I also like how you ended the video with some southern blues on a flat top guitar. You nailed this one. Safe travels...
There’s a lot more to it than I showed here. Plus… Windsor ruins and Rodney although Rodney is pretty much all marked with no trespassing signs now
@@Keithdotson I understand the reason why, but the fence around the ruins is a buzzkill for a photographer !
Windsor is even worse now with heavy machines and tarps atop some of the columns
OMG this is so super cool 💃🏼. so my daughter wants me to meet her here... This month and she's going to pick me up here from the Greyhound... I want to see the hearse😲 there was no hearse from the 1700s on your documentary but on the internet it shows the hearse.... Either way super cool video guys 👍🏼
I didn’t know about the hearse! Let us know how you enjoyed your trip
@@Keithdotson I sure will👍🏼
Hello, my friend.
Another video that I thoroughly enjoyed watching.
I also saw several photo moments that I would have taken a picture of.
You know where to find your spots.
And if you take a photo that you took there before, you see how fast everything goes.
Too bad but that's how it is.
I have sent you an email to keep you up to date.
You should also know how much inspiration I get from looking at your work.
Both on video and on your website.
I think that will be very useful for my new way of photographing outdoors.
Because this is the direction I want to go.
I hope you don't blame me for this.
Thanks, friend, for your videos and your support when things weren't going so well.
A warm greeting from the Netherlands,
Antoine.
I always enjoy hearing from you my friend! I will go read your email in a few minutes. Thanks for your loyal viewership!
i am the one who like your video 1st .
1st like is mine .
