Not BS. I am a 70 year old African American man. I grew up less than a mile from Windsor Ruins. I played there as a kid. In fact, the woman of my life, my girlfriend from the time I was about 8 years old, grew up and played there as a child too. Additionally, we are in touch with people who grew up on and around that place with us; so, it's not a joke or BS.
