- This is the story of my second baby's all-natural, pain med-free birth...unlike the birth of my first born, where I received and epidural. I cannot believe how different my two experiences were.
I gave birth in a birthing center with the help of a doula, the midwife on call, my husband and my sweet older sister. My birth was shocking and not like anything I expected. Let's just say, I'm incredibly humbled and still cry thinking about it.

-Restaurant: Eh....nothing really. Don't have a great appetite these days:/
-Food: Macadamia nuts. I keep mine in the freezer so they are extra crunchy.

-Product: Does a shower count? Idk, I'm grateful for hot water when it's freezing outside. Also, it's my only quiet time these days..

That is exactly how I feel! I am due in September with our first and I really want to avoid an epidural but I’m terrified. I feel like God is placing certain Christian women on my recommended so that I can see that it is possible

I was already crying seeing those pictures and then you started talking about how grateful you were to be a part of the creation process and I lost it! I have 2 almost 3 and you’re so right it’s the most amazing humbling experience. We are blessed!
I can relate so much! My labor was really similar. It's amazing how our body knows what to do naturally. I also felt the urge to push before I left for the birthing center! I love hearing positive birth stories. I think most people just hear the traumatic stories or about the pain. But the process of birth is such a beautiful gift!
That's exactly why I had to share. I wanted to comfort those who are only hearing traumatic stories. Thanks for these encouraging words. So happy to hear yours was similar. The female body is incredible!

It’s refreshing to hear other positive birthing stories. I have 3 children. All positive, natural births. Mothers sure has been trained to believe they can’t do it but we can. Pain in birth was a result of the fall but how great is Gods mercy on display when we have such beautiful experiences despite it. Praise God for His lovingkindness & the wonder of creation. He is a good Father. Thank you for sharing your calm & natural experience & for glorifying The Lord. God bless you!

Omg I love this so much in tears. I’m 7 weeks before my due date and this is my first natural birth story I’ve watched. I am set up to have a hospital birth with a midwife. That drive is about 30 mins so this is a good reminder to maybe not wait to the last minute. It been 10 years since my first. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful story. My husband and I have a little girl coming in December.
We have opted for a natural birth; but being my first child, I'm a little nervous not knowing what to expect without any meds. It helps ease my mind hearing your story and even changes my perspective-- Hard work , yes but

I loved your birth story. I just had my 3rd baby 2 weeks ago and it was an unmedicated one in a rural hospital. It was very intense as baby was in a bit of a posterior position so it was more painful then my second birth, and it took longer for me to birth him. But still I was so glad i pushed through without using drugs for pain relief n the support from my lovely midwife n partner was what kept me going. I didn't tear, so have been recovering really well. My second baby, i didn't make it to hospital and birthed him outside someone's driveway. But he came out perfectly fine, and in the correct ideal position, so it was an easier birth then my other two.
I’m due in 16 days and praying for an experience like this! Thanks for sharing and congratulations!

Beautiful birth story
So beautiful. Thank you for sharing. The Lord did this very thing with my last birth. It was my first unmedicated birth and at a Mercy Birthing Center. It went so well and quick that my husband didn’t even make it before our son came as we was at work in the middle of the day. It was just the Lord, the midwife and I. I too had to climb out of the tub right after my baby crowned. What an experience! God is SO good and so gracious! Now, we are awaiting a baby girl and I can wait to see how the Lord brings her into the world! All glory to him!!

I just had my baby in July, my story is very similar to yours in terms to how just so sudden i felt the real waves, i attempted to take a nap and took a bath and that’s when i thought ok i need to go to the hospital. Same the drive seemed eternal and i was like mentally and all my body was just doing what it needed to do.
My first was as well different, induced and epidural and the process took 2 days.
I felt her head crowning when i got to the hospital and in 10 min. in she was born, i remember thinking i wanted the epidural but there was no thinking at that time and i feel so grateful it was so quick and she was born so healthy, i also teared up when you did because it’s a similar feeling, i‘m just grateful.
With a mix of emotions lately your video was so nice to find.

what a lovely birth story, congrats mama!i i too was scared beforehand but ended up having an amazing birth. i didn't even feel the need to go to the hospital till i was 8cm gone (i didn't get real contractions just a dull back ache every few minutes )and ended up having a natural waterbirth, best experience!

I'm crying 💗💗🙏 thank you so much for sharing this with such honesty and love. Please pray for me to have a good 2nd birth. My first I wanted to do naturally but I didn't take good care of my mind and body and i struggled with doctors telling me that I needed the opposite of what I knew I needed. I ended up tearing really bad but HE has shown me so many times that miracles happen all the time, he has miraculously healed my knees after a bad injury(the healing took place during pregnancy) my daughter is almost 3 and I'm 5 weeks pregnant, this time I want to take care of my body consistently, have a deep consistent relationship with Jesus through it all and constantly feed my mind positive birth stories and miraculous gratifying faith based thoughts. Oh my, you really got me crying there 🙏🥰
Trisha, your words are so beautiful. The Lord really does bring us through what we're supposed to go through.It's almost as if he needed you to go through it in order to do things differently. I only say that because that was my story.

For example, did you take their classes, did you see a doctor trained in the techniques, do you do daily exercises from their website, and anything else you can add! Wow such a beautiful labor. My water broke first and labor didn’t start so I had to be induced. I have nothing to compare it to, but it was pretty intense and I had an epidural. I’m pregnant with my second now and not against an epidural at all, but I want to prepare mentally in case it doesn’t go that way. I like how you called them waves, that seems helpful.
Couldn’t recommend the book hypno birthing any more. It helped me set my mind straight and stay positive. Best wishes to you, you’ve got this!!!

I had exactly the same birth with my 3rd. Midwives and boula even said that I can't be pushing yet, it's too soon. I laughed at them, got in the bath and 1 push and the head was out, second oney 3rd daughter was born. They didn't even get their gloves on before she came. It's so amazing!!

Thank you! I walked daily, I meditated to keep stress levels down and I ate very clean, wholesome foods. Along with that, I hired a doula who helped me navigate my healthy pregnancy. She gave me a book called Hypnobirthing and it really helped strengthen my mindset! I would highly recommend. Thanks for watching!
