Excellent video again Pete. The first time I saw a Western Diesel was when I went to Paddington in the early 60's. I was in love with them & the Warship class. Everytime I went to Dagenham to my Aunties off I would go on the tube all the way to Paddington to see them. Steamers has been taken over by then, but I did get a nice Tank engine number 3620 taking out the coaches, I will never forget those lovely days. Thanks again Pete for bringing back some lovely memories.
Cheers, Ernest, for sharing some fond memories of yours of the Western & the Warship. It's great when subscribers tell about their past if something jogs a memory after watching somethingive made. Thanks Ernest.
Awesome catch with the Western + 69009 mate, and sounded just superb. Thoroughly entertaining footage Pete, thanks for sharing and have a great weekend, Colin.
Sorry for the late reply, Colin. I've been a bit behind... I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I think you already know the answer to having a good weekend, lol.
A Western through Fitzy wow , as a Hemsworth lad born and bred even a sight back in the day of one of the original 47 namers would cause a massive stir to see this is amazing great video
Another great video Pete loved it and yes certainly a myriad of units but thats fine by me anything that runs on those lines will do me fine mate keep em coming, that western and the 69 sounded great tearing by well done matey take care a y b Syd 👍🦮
I'm behind on replying 😆 apologies. It was a great day filming, a bit different with all the units, but I enjoyed some different filming. Especially when the freight is as dry as dried up river.

Yeah, I think it was a first tbh for one to be there. I could be wrong, though. Now ya talking....47 namers, fantastic that was to see one.
Great stuff again Pete thanks a lot, good to see you back at Fitzwilliam too.
Thanks John
Excellent video. Some great catches there Pete. Thanks Pete.
Cheers mate. Realy glad you enjoyed it 👍 😊
Great video Pete. Especially enjoyed seeing the D1015 not sure if the same one but saw one in Kidderminster recently on the severn Valley railway.

Been over to the KVWR diesel gala today and saw the Wizzo. Video tomorrow, too tired to edit it tonight.
Nice one Steve. I was there for most of the day too
"plithera" WTF?
I'm waiting for the usual reply to bad spelling and grammar.
' how dare you correct me? I'm lexdysic'
😂😂😂😂I'm waiting for the usual reply to highlighting someone's poor spelling: 'how dare you mock me, I can't help it, I'm lexdysic'
