I had the DED-200 set last year but it couldn't record and the headphone jack was loose with a lot of static. Sent it back and bought the Simmons SD 1250. Glad I did..
My next video is going to really get into it. I noticed something when I was assembling it but today I looked at another drum and saw what I thought. Can’t wait to show everyone
My hi hat stopped working after 5 weeks. Called Donner’s support number multiple times over a few days, busy tone/number disconnected. Thanks to your reviews, I ordered a Simmons sd1250 today.

I bought the 1st generation of the 200
Quickly out grew the module got the roland v6, module it's compatible still playing playing it with a 12 inch cheap lemon snare , I'll admit the upgrades to the 200 look good
After spending more time with it I have some more thoughts I’m gonna share

I can't get mine to play any sound unless I have the headphones on. Do you have any suggestions?
If it’s a recent purchase send it back for a new one, if not, I’m at a loss. There could be many reasons it doesn’t work.

These types of cheap-o electronic drum sets are really for kids and adults who just got started playing drums and might not want to invest heavily in a better kit/module.
