    Most nuts have phytic acid.
Phytic acid hinders with absorption of micronutrients - minerals like zinc, calcium, iron, chromium etc.
So, of u r consuming nuts for it's mineral content, soak it or roast it.
If u r consuming it for the various phytochemicals and vitamins in it, eat it raw or after soaking.
    Eating raw gives the phytochemicals.
Eating roasted gives minerals as phytochemicals get destroyed by roasting.
Eating soaked gives both - phytochemicals and minerals.
