    Very good explanation, thank you. Can you give us the sizes of the o'ring inside the petcock

      Thank you. I don't remember what size the o-rings were. I have a kit that had ones that fit. I checked the kit and believe they are either 7/16" OD by 5/16" ID with 1/16" cross section (thickness) or 1/2" OD by 3/8" ID with 1/16" cross section. (My o-ring kit is standard sizes). I hope that helps.

    Hey Tom do you know the size of screws you used were? Did you tap the holes? Gonna have to do this. Fixed the vacuum side and the filter and still leaking. Any other suggestions? Thanks for the video, very helpful.

      Hi Nic, I think those screws may be #6 or #8 holding the cover on. Yes, I had to tap the holes. I ended up replacing the vacuum side because the diaphram had a hole in it that allowed fuel to leak through and out the weep hole on the bottom. Now it works perfectly!
