- Here's an all year round winner ! A mouth watering stew with slow cooked tender octopus which can be served as a main course or as a sauce with spaghetti or penne.
Stuffat tal-Qarnit - Octopus Stew
800g octopus
600ml red wine
200g potatoes
150g tomatoes
100g onions
100g black olives
100g peas
50g tomato paste
4 garlic cloves
lemon zest
capers
marjoram and basil
olive oil
