Hi Mate, I landed one little bream but nothing to take home so cheers for the fish. My boy still talks about it. Had better luck in Port Stephens NSW. Fish taste great fried. Cheers
Hey Lincoln, as a newbee to lure fishing. I wanted to say thank you for your tips and advice. Tackle shop told me to use a 10lb leader but no fish. Followed your advice today and dropped to 6lb. Hooked up with 5 Pinkies landing 3 of them with a best of 49cm. One happy angler😊
Great to see you sharing and teaching the young Lad and Dad. Loved seeing you giving them a plastic lure and how to fish it. That Lad is now a fisherman for life! Well done, well done!!!
Hey. I've only just fallen back in love with fishing again after years of really bad depression. Love all your videos they are inspirational and give motivation
FISHERMAN FRANK takes time mate. A couple of tips... Make sure you are letting the lure all the way to the bottom and do two hops. Keep all slack out of the line. Hopefully you will catch one soon.
Hey Awesome Bream and Flathead Session down at the pier I was just wondering what pound line and leader would you recommend getting on the Shimano Catana 2-4kg Rod and would recommend me considering getting a Shimano Catana Bream Spining Rod for Fishing around Harbous/Marinas Thanks Land Fish Tv
Hey Lincoln great vid mate. Planning on heading to Williamstown in the next couple of days. Was also wondering if you have had any luck chasing squid around Melbourne and if so where?
Land Fish TV if it’s to fish, camp or visit a mate no drive is too long, unless you don’t like said mate, then it’s just tedious. Heading to Lakes entrance this weekend hopefully get a few good flatties.
Land Fish TV thanks for the reply. Btw what zman soft plastic do you think would be best the minnowz or streakz and what colour for middle brighton pier. Cheers sulli
Awesome vid mate. But one thing is i wouldnt trust to eat fish out of williamstown. Their is contiminates as williamstown has been a industrial port with heaps of mercury and other chemicals. Better catch and release.
yer and just helping people catch a few fish etc ,,,,,, to many people think they have same power over others and will not help or tell people how, where or what the fish are doing or feeding on,,,,, i have seen young kids come up to people at the boat ramp cleaning tables and call the parents over to look at all the Flathead that someone has caught, the parents then tell this person they have a new boat and can not find fish and ask for help etc ,,,,,,,,, these guys then tell them the complete opposite direction to where they fished,,,,,,,, of course i would call them over show them how i do it and give them a map to a few easy to get to places,,,,,,,,, i dont even clean my fish at the busy ramps anymore because i can not handle the small attitude power play of a lot of people,,,,,, so well done on loads of different levels
@@LandFishTV Same reel as you, but using 8 pound mono. The jig heads I use are a really small size that i lost the package for so idk how heavy they are..... I imagine using braid would just fix my casting problem but im not sure?

Nice lip grips you have there, can you tell where you got them... cheers, great vid by the way...
Don't think the dad was too impressed hahahaha
Where did you get those lip grips from there awesome and need some. And great video going pass it on to me fishing mates.
Daniel Pratt pretty sure I got them at BCF! Great tool to have around
What you guys call bream in Australia, We call perch is South Africa. Sadly, perch never take plastics. They are too used to fresh bait.
NoPain NoGain Bream!!!

+Ante Good It is tidal, Plenty of fish are eaten from the area! I normally release everything but keep one or two for a feed somtimes.
Would calico candy slim swims and motor oil crusteaz work here for bream and flatties
Local Fishing TV most things worked slow 2,5 inch and smaller will work.
Hey mate what net is that tia
Nathan Walter sorry mate can not remember the brand. But got it from bcf and was around $35 I think
Hey mate what fish do you use?
Do you mean lure?
What time of day did you fish?

Ycozican great comment and I totally agree!
How do you get the casting distance using small soft plastics? I can't cast far at all using plastics...
What gear are you using bud?
@@LandFishTV Same reel as you, but using 8 pound mono. The jig heads I use are a really small size that i lost the package for so idk how heavy they are..... I imagine using braid would just fix my casting problem but im not sure?
@@gregv2684 what rod are you running? Braid (half decent stuff) will help alot compared to the same strength mono.
@@LandFishTV the rod im using is a shimano sonic lure 7 2-4 kg rod
@@gregv2684 ok then I'd say stick to the gear you have, but change to a nice 8lb braid and fluorocarbon leader. Your results should improve.
When i went there there was no fish
nhi x That's fishing :)
