@@RinaJazzmean27 You're welcome!!!
My beautiful granddaughter ❤️
Love you Granny!!
Serious with this specific procedure SADI-S there is not a lot of content here on UA-cam about this specific WLS.
I’m on my first week of my liquid diet for Sadi-S and I’m DYING! I’m excited for my surgery. My doctor told me that I can go back to normal foods, just to portion. Is this true? Cause I love different flavors and I’ll be so sad if I can’t at least have something delicious and small!
My dr recommended Sadi-s. Seems to be the option to not have vitamin deficiencies.
Hey! Yeah I don't have severe vitamin deficiencies, but I am nearly 2 years out and I can definitely feel the difference if I don't take my vitamins. But I haven't been, like down bad.
Hey my surgery is March 1st
Heyyyyy Congrats on your approaching surgery. Prayers for a smooth surgery and healing.
@@RinaJazzmean27 thank you so much just a tab nervous
I’ve never been sedated before so that’s what I’m a little nervous about
Can you drink alcohol after fully healed?
Soooo technically they tell you no, and my dietician won’t tell me when I can technically drink again lol but I know others that have drank after surgery. They are primarily concerned about cross addiction. The statistics are high for bariatric patients to become alcoholics after surgery. Like since we can’t have food we turn to liquor. So it’s suggested that we don’t. But I know of people who have drank after surgery and are fine. But they waited a while though.
@@RinaJazzmean27 yeah I hear you are not suppose to, but I have friends that drink with the gastric sleeve but I don’t know anybody that has with bypass Sadi-S and I’m kinda nervous because I can’t find anything on the internet about it lol.
@@dannyportillo4317 I’m going to ask in my SADI support group and get back to you 😊
@@dannyportillo4317 Hey, so I asked in my SADI group and there was a variety of answers. Some people tried outside of a year, others tried as early as 2 months. The general consensus was 4-6 months out, to try at home first to see how you do and make sure your mixer is low or no sugar. But I definitely have to say the disclaimer to make sure you check with your surgeon, but this is the feedback I received regarding your question. Hope it helps 😊
@@RinaJazzmean27 thank you so much! Will do
