I don't think you can age like that without being beautiful on the inside. There is something about her now that is even more beautiful than when she was young.
What I love about Susanna, if you read all the comments, is that the majority of the men don't see her as a sex object (although there are always exceptions who make lude comments).
The majority see her as that ideal woman that you would marry in a heartbeat. I hope that Susanna herself realizes that, since she must be bored of hearing or reading comments of guys that just drool over her (FYI, I'm one of them).

I love the fact that, instead of wearing a sexy outfit like she does frecuently when performing, she's wearing a modest and elegant suit, so as not to distract from the the most important part of the ceremony, which is the induction of the Zombies, and their story. That's class.

When The Zombies performed in the 60s, the didn't know there was a little girl out there called Susanna Hoffs admiring their music. She was much influenced by them. In later life she herself became a musician. Such a great honour.
Susanna Hoffs is such a gracious, lovely human being. Who else could make the Zombies sound like a super group from the 60s? She has that proverbial heart of gold.

The 80's all girl band the GoGo,s were recently induced into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which is about time but I'm not here to take about them, I'm here about them I'm here to take about why in God's name the BANGLES are not in there already...This amazing band has a pedigree just as impressive as the GoGos if not even more so...You guys already have me very pissed off over not voting the CARPENTERS in there which should have been done a very long time ago and now you do this!!!...You guys are as fake as Monopoly money...👎👎👎
I can't disagree. I don't understand their calculus. There are bands that quickly come to mind that should have been in long ago. And.. if the Zombies have a solid enough resume to be inducted.. so do the Bangles.

Some older women, and some not so old, have a typical "old lady voice". Susanna, at 61, still has a very youthful voice. It must be wonderful to talk to her on the phone. Not only does her voice sound great while she sings, but also when she speaks, being so intelligent and engaging. Love Susanna Hoffs.

Beautiful induction speech, Susanna! I’d always liked hits by the Zombies (and Argent for the classic ‘Hold Your Head Up’) since I was a little kid in the ‘60s - early ‘70s. But I became a huge fan when I bought the absolutely excellent Zombie Heaven 4-cd set. I was amazed at the consistent quality of their output. Their place in the HOF is well deserved!

Yup, others should be in there as well, however that does not invalidate The Zombies Induction. Many of The Zombies band members continued their careers after the band broke up; continuing as musicians, producers, writers, arrangers, record company exec's, etc.
Also being currently active in the music industry is significant as well.
The individuals of the current Zombies all have all have solo careers or projects as well in Europe.....What???????

The Bangles are still together y'know, touring and making music. Sue also continues to release an occasional solo outing and then there's the 3 volumes of "Sid and Suzie" albums she made with Matthew Sweet. Susanna has never gone away.
