- Drone footage from Ireland shows the streets of Dublin eerily empty after the taoiseach, Leo Varadkar, announced coronavirus lockdown restrictions would be extended for another three weeks. The measures, which prevent people from leaving home in all but limited circumstances, were due to expire on Easter Sunday

Haha 😂😂😂
Do you really want to listen to the sound of a drone?
Same.

I think the silence is apt. Reflects the reality.
In a house, in a heart beat would certainly go well
Where's all the junkies asking for 2 euro for a hostel
At a hostel
J R ... "More than 650 apartments, hotel rooms and single-occupancy rooms have been sourced across Dublin for homeless people, and all emergency accommodation will stay open 24 hours a day during the coronavirus outbreak." - The Irish Times

I live in the center and there's people on the streets, not as many as usual but certainly the streets aren't empty
Like a movie or a TV drama series
I swear it looks Eerie and unusual considering I went there and saw people at every corner

@@rabbitwho no I did not.. thanks for enlightening me Sir Rabbit
It's not, that is not how Dublin is throughout the day, its packed with covidiots everywhere
Imagine what the city be like and world if the virus killed everyone as soon as they got it...
You know a situation is bad when even the junkies and scumbags are staying indoors.
Its probably 6:00 in the morning or idk, because the part of the city I live in is full of people and cars
This looks like an opening cinematic for Fallout

nothing wrong with a little humorous comment like this. not right that somebody kicks that hard over it
Thank you for sharing this with us on UA-cam
I spend a bit of my life on this
But what time was this taken as? Looks like very early morning when the city may not be super busy anyway.
Shadows are pointing west/north-west so it is morning time in the video, but even so Dublin is never, ever this quiet, even in the morning time.
This was done to make the situation look as bad as possible. Any time I go near the city it has traffic and people
The cars driving are the Ghostbusters
this reminds me of buzzing around the city muntered in the early hours during summer
Bird 1: “The streets are empty, where have all those pesky humans gone?”
Bird 2: “Who cares, I wanna know what that thing with 4 rotating wings is that’s coming towards us!”

such a ride x
Tell your drone to start taking vitamin DDDDD.
Hugo Boss Not vitamin d. High dose vitamin c and vitamin e. This disease is more ARDS or more like high altitude sickness. If you get this bioweapon virus. Treat with blood thinners and high doses of vitamin c or Demand azithromycin and hydroxycloroquine. If you can't get those flu medicine and a brochittis inhaler will knock down the bioweapon. You can also eat vitamin e rich foods and take high doses of vitamin c every 4 hours. 4000 to 6000mg everyday. This lockdown is not needed. They want you to,live in fear rather than tell you the truth. Everything I have said is published results.

These are shot either early in the morning, either after 8pm, I live on Capel St, I can assure you it is full (quarantine full) of people every single day of the week, from 10am... I filmed my way from capel st to Ilac centre (grocery shopping once every 10 days) at 11:30am yesterday, 400m, just under 4 minutes walk, about 100 people on my footage... These shootages of empty cities over the world must be shot at quiet times before shops open.
Literal 28 days Later.
It would help if you stated when this footage was taken, at first glance it doesn't look very different from an average Sunday morning.
Dublin is having some amazing weather during this lock down and yes people still be going for walks and stuff
I sure am.

Tons of people out walking the roads in my town. Not that there's anything particularly wrong with that they're keeping away from each other.

Shanjan Usman they seem to have avoided every nice part of the city in this video. Probably be sue Ethel aren’t as empty and would ruin the drastic effect
Lol no its not. Full of junkies and scumbags.
@@thefightisalwaysfixed8890 yes i agree, scumbags and junkies have destroyed dublin.
@Sumsoar K speaking as a resident of Dublin, Dublin sucks
What's with the empty country road at the end, looks like a forestry road which would be empty anyway
Trebor sirrah Just going to say that ,but you bet me to it. Not one single video of lockdown do you see a time of the day and the ones that you can guess the time of day its at the crack of dawn when it would be quiet any way
Must have some range on it to be doing that from one location 😂
This are very early.
What time was this at ? 5am?😂 I work in town every day still and couldn't be any further from the truth there's people everywhere 😂
5 a.m is still dark. Try to wake up earlier
``drone footage shows empty streets of Dublin in lockdown`` did you checked the parks?
If only people kept it this way instead of going out to meet their friends just because they’re young and “not at risk”.

Klass Video ! Hoc Video !!
This might sound very stupid, but I genuinely don’t know. Is Covid-19 growing into a bigger threat at this stage then before in Ireland? I haven’t seen many people outside so people are obviously in quarantine, but did it help? Or is there more cases/deaths growing by day?
if people were outside it would be far worse than what it is now, it has helped of course but we won't have a vaccine for at least 6 more months
We just need to wait until all current patients have either recovered or passed. Then it will be safe to go outside
and that’s on taking corona seriously.
It's like a zombie apocalypse

I swear I saw this drone in Bray last night. Except that they can't have had the footage from there since the seafront is crowded.
Definitely want to see more depressing videos , cheers fellas 😊
It is so scarey.n.......
nice colour grading-____-
Yeah the streets of dublin are empty but go to Naas or Rathmines or anywhere in Wicklow and it's a completely different story. People still arent listening to the lockdown. Especially hill walkers.
Seen a zombie run by the house. Stayed really quiet tho. It didn't see me. What do I do now. I'm really scared
a samurai sword is just the thing for it
Probably just a druggie to be honest
Stay very still, they cant see very well in daylight,at night is a different story tho.
give him 2 euro for a hostel, what else would he want?
@@mryan4452 lol yeah
there is more to ireland than dublin
Everyone is very much aware of this, all the best parts are outside of dublin. The point of the video is to highlight how empty one of the most pedestrian dense areas of the country is, one that would be, as of right now, entering it's busiest period of tourism season. One of the countrys biggest exports is it's tourism, so it's kind of scary to think how this will effect things, and its not just dublin that benefits from that tourism, they mostly start there and then they venture out to the much more scenic areas in our midlands and along the costs.
So make a drone video and send it in! Not everything is one or the other, you’re free to submit your own video you know 🙄
In case you haven't noticed, this isn't an ad for Fáilte Ireland
Aro Fol so i’ll just go out and buy a drone then go into limerick city to fly it with gardaí everywhere yah

I love the lockdown. Hope it continues everywhere. Peace and quiet. No cars. Sorry for people who loose financially. But it is a wonderful world without humanity.
@@martynblackburn1977 I reject sex as a MGTOW. The patriarchy is a myth. Nothing wrong with choosing your diet. You misjudge me.
Do you know what a recession is? Everyone will lose financially, not just those currently out of a job. Yeah it's nice out there without humans unfortunately for us to continue maintaining our quality of life someone out there has to be making produce... You might just end up wishing there never was a lock down come a few months time.
There's peace and quiet in the countryside 24/7 & no lockdown here! Farmer's are essential worker's. If you get sick I bet you'll go looking for a doctor.
@@martynblackburn1977 You forgot dye your hair purple.
I love nature and all, and humanity has done some pretty sucky things, but without humans, who can even appreciate all the beauty- just for one thing?
Then how come hundreds of people get it per day if it's this empty, surely not.
Most of the spread is in families and many people carry the virus for a few weeks without knowing and some never know that they have it.
All it takes is one visit to the shop.
