MINDFUL MORNING ROUTINE FOR MOMS 2023 | prayer, affirmations & weekly expectations

  • Welcome to a quick recap of a daily mindfulness routine I exercise to make sure I’m pouring from a full cup. I try to start this at 5:30 so I can also get the gym in, but I was a bit late on this day.
    Nonetheless, I still had a successful me-morning.
    For context, I’m a 29 year old mom living in Atlanta, GA. I have a 6 year old and a 1 year old and I run a freelance marketing company where I work from home, operate on set from time to time, while also being a full time content creator myself.
    The Routine:
